For shared use: garden. Children's playground, petting farm. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. 3 km long motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Pirtendorf Bahnhof" 7 km, railway station "Pirtendorf" 7 km, bathing lake 4 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, ski lift 20 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sportregion Zell am See 20 km, Weißsee 22 km. The house is clean, warm, renovated, very well equipped with a kitchen, everything you need. Enough bathrooms for this number of people. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Access to the property is demanding because it is narrow and high. The hous
