服務很好借我轉接器 陽台很大可以曬衣服 早上還要鮮榨果汁早餐很豐富咖啡你可以一杯喝完再點 飯店有雨傘可以外借

非常推薦的采爾馬特的酒店，雖然房間不大，但是很舒服，大廳還有個壁爐可以取暖，早飯很豐盛，瑞士全程吃得最好的早飯，建議一定要訂早飯。另外記得帶泳衣，酒店帶個SPA池。離火車站稍有點距離，可以聯繫酒店接送。

One of the best hotels we experienced in ski resorts of Switzerland. Breakfast choice is amazing, we had such a perfect breakfast choice, like in a 5 star hotel. Rooms were very comfy (we had two), on one room we even got free upgrade. Ski rooms are super well equipped, with free suncream and lip balm. In this hotel every detail is carefully thought about. Even the minibar was for free, it was so great to have a glass of prosecco and beer after full day of skiing on our terrace. The location is also perfect, close to the slopes and city center. We will definitely come back

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Woche im Hotel Bellerive verbracht! Wir reisen gerne und viel, daher kann ich es mit der Sicherheit gut beurteilen…. Belleville ist ein sehr hochwertiges , sauberes und edles Hotel mit der tollen Lange und Aussicht !!! Unsere Suit, genauso wie das gesamte Haus toll eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Jede Ecke des Hausees ist die Highlight für sich. Aber besonders toll fanden wir unsere Abende am Kamin. Das wichtigste war aber das gesamte Personal und insbesondere der Chef des Hauses. Wir waren zur der Zeit der Schlechtwetter und starken Schneefall, sodass das gesamte Dorf zwei Tage keinen Stromversorgung hatte. Wir wurden nicht nur bestens umsorgt, sondern uns wurde von den Chefs des Hauses Katja und Mario Noti geholfen einen Taxi zum Auto zu organisieren obwohl die Wege eigentlich geschlossen waren! So was tolles, so viel Menschlichkeit haben wir noch NIE erlebt. Das ganze Personal hat es mit uns von dem schnellen Einpacken bis zum Weg nach Hause gefiebert!!!! Herr Noti hat uns persönlich noch werdend der Fahrt angerufen um zu fragen ob es und gut geht… Und die Krönung war ja, dass die beiden Tage die wir wie alle anderen im Zermatt ohne Strom sassen uns vom Hotel aus geschenkt wurden!!!!! Obwohl wir jeden Morgen ein super leckeres Frühstück mit frischen Produkten , Lachs, Kaviar, Käse, frischgepressten Säften hatten! Das vergessen wir NIE! Also das Hotel verdient klare 5 Sterne!!!! Es waren wunderschöne und unvergessliche Tage in Zermatt. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an ALLE und wir sehen uns wieder!!!! Belleville können wir mit Sicherheit allen wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!!!!! We had a beautiful stay at Hotel Bellerive in Zermatt. It is without doubt one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed at. We had two rooms and both were stunning. The view of the Matterhorn will take your breath away. Location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the centre of Zermatt. Breakfast was very good with great choices and very high quality. The staff are amazing, every person was extremely helpful and friendly and we appreciated every effort they made to make our stay enjoyable. Zermatt is a magical place, Hotel Bellerive I can recommend to anyone.

The owners & staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The room had a unbelievable view of the Matterhorn and a very comfortable bed. And the walk to the main street were all the shops & restaurants were was so close. Highly recommend this hotel!

Wir waren Mitte Februar in Zermatt und hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf das Matterhorn gebucht. Der Blick ist unverbaut und das tolle Wetter tat sein übriges. Das Hotel ist topp geführt, sehr sauber und hat eine sensationelle Mannschaft, die sich wirklich gerne, auch um kleine Details, bemüht. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige und erlesene Frühstücksbuffet, was ja vor einem langen Skitag sehr wichtig ist. Weiter so

This hotel was amazing. We stayed in the sky room and it had an amazing view. I was here for a birthday and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room! The room itself was great. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was wonderful and the balcony was the cherry on top. The amenities at the hotel were also an added bonus. After a long day of skiing a dip in the hot tub and sauna was very relaxing. The staff was also very attentive and kind. They were very accommodating and picked us up at the train station and made us sandwiches for our train ride home! It was amazing! I recommend

Wunderschöne heimelige Zimmer, sehr familiäre nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Supertolles und leckeres Frühstückbuffet. Preis Leistung TOP. Bin öfters in diesem Hotel, ist sehr empfehlenswert. Komme immer wieder gerne ins Bellerive
