Large apartment house "Roger", 5 storeys. In the district of Obernhäusern 500 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, 12 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Brücke zum Steg" 260 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 750 m. Mountain railway 600 m, ski rental 350 m, ski bus stop 260 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked. Access via a pathway with steps (70 steps) or, by lift and 34 steps to the entrance of the house. 2-room apartment 47 m2 on 4th floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double wall-trunk bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Floor heating. Balcony 8 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. The accommodation was not cleaned beforehand. The table, floor and also the bathroom were dirty. The only bedroom could not be closed with a baby this was very difficult. The dishwasher had no salt and no shine.

This apartment is very nice but not very suitable for older people. Mainly because of the transport of the luggage, very tedious. Otherwise the apartment is very good
