Beautiful property. extremely well-designed suites. Very friendly personnel. Excellent location for the Matterhorn view. The room was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, excellent house cleaning services. Provide personal skincare product, especially the sheep soap that I love it ! Breakfast was also excellent. I’d want to go there again ! :)

Was in Zermatt for 6 days of hiking, and this hotel was picked by the organizing company. A wonderful experience! Professional and cozy at the same time, this place is a must. Very, very clean and spacious room, with partial views to the Matterhorn and the valley. Staff was there for anything (particularly Linda, who is one of the best staff professionals I have seen work in a restaurant - happy and timely all the time), and made my life easy when needed. Was on a half board option, so a full, varied breakfast was there everyday - as well as wonderful 5-course dinners of Alpine cuisine. The certainty of a cozy atmosphere upon return of strenuous walks accompanied during my stay. Congratulations to the Julen family!

Perfektes Hotel im Gesamten. Zimmer mit Blick aufs Matterhorn, schon vom Bett aus! Ein Zimmer von dem meine Frau schwärmt, das muss etwas Besonderes sein. Personal wie man sich das wünscht, freundlich in allen Bereichen, hilfsbereit ohne Firlefanz. Restaurant und Küche lassen Nichts zu wünschen übrig, inkl. Weinkarte.

It’s a good, clean hotel with nice beds and healthy variety in breakfast. hotel is a little on the north side of the Centre which is helpful in making it noise free and peaceful. Free pick up and drop off from/to the station by booking is great and necessary as it’s a bit far from the station. Only downside is that the staff are not flexible with requests and we felt are too rigid with rules. Also no air conditioning but you can open the windows for cooler air during nights.

The best hotel in Zermatt. The staff were so hospitable and friendly, the facilities were well-maintained and clean (we especially loved the wellness facilities) and enjoyed a Matterhorn view from our room. Loved every bit of our stay.

Freundlich, hilfsbereit und tolles Ambiente. Wir sind begeistert!! Das Hotel liegt optimal, d.h. zu Fuss alles schnell erreichbar. Die Gastfreundschaft war top und zwar von jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter/in. Auch das Essen war sensationell. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Lg
