酒店離車站太遠，接駁巴士有時間限制（07:00-19:00），訂房時的要求完全冇理會

Beautiful property. extremely well-designed suites. Very friendly personnel. Excellent location for the Matterhorn view. The room was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, excellent house cleaning services. Provide personal skincare product, especially the sheep soap that I love it ! Breakfast was also excellent. I’d want to go there again ! :)

Sehr geräumiges, modernes, helles Zimmer mit Balkon. Äusserst zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Skiraum mit abschliessbaren Skischränken für die Verstauung des Skimaterials, Shuttleservice zum Bahnhof. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel Europe & Spa ist an ruhiger, zentraler Lage gelegen. Von der ersten Anfrage und Buchung sowie während des ganzen Aufenthaltes war der Service sehr gut und Freundlich vom gesamten Personal. Das Zimmer im 4ten Stock war sehr grosszügig, sauber und passend für meinen Aufenthalt . Das Spa Bereich ist sehr gut und angemessen ausgestattet.

Einfach nur wow von Anfang bis Ende. Leckeres Essen, alles Mitarbeiter super nett und hilfsbereit, ein tolles Team. Eine sehr herzliche gastfreundliche Atmosphäre.Schöner kann ein Aufenthalt nicht sein. Vielen Dank an die Familie Julen und an das ganze Team

Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Europe-Team sowie an die Herzlichen Gastgeber - es war ein weiteres Mal einfach nur schön, gemütlich und perfekt um die Gedanken mal "baumeln" zu lassen... Jeweils ein perfektes Abend-Dinner mit einem guten Tropfen Wein :-) Auch sollte erwähnt werden, wie Sensationell und Perfekt das Skigebiet ist... Bei schönstem Sonnenschein und perfekten Verhältnissen genossen wir alles von A bis Z.

Un hôtel magnifique, très bien placé, chambres lumineuses, le personnel au petits soins, souriants, dispo. Un petit déjeuner somptueux avec vue sur le Cervin. la literie impeccable! Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Merci à toute l'équipe!

Amazing hotel and experience for my family and I who just visited for skiing. Staff were friendly and attentive. We had two dietary requirements in the group of gluten free and dairy free and it was never an issue. We stayed half board for the week and the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was amazing. I’m not sure you have ever heard people get that excited about the soup every night but we loved them all! Only comment I would have which is a comment I think all people have for ski hotels is it was really too warm in the bedrooms it would be great if it was possible to adjust and have it a little less hot! Thanks so much for an amazing stay we hope to return next year!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Europe Hotel & Spa. Es war wie beim letzten Mal ein super Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, alles sehr sauber und das Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und köstlich. Das Spa hat ein gutes Angebot. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent Manque une pièce pour se changer et déposer les valises avant le départ retardé (départ le dernier jour après une journée de ski)

This was my second winter visit to the Europe Hotel & Spa, and I am already booked in for a return visit in the summer. The quality of the room, the ambience of the hotel, the excellent Wellness Area, the restaurant and the superb hotel team all made for an outstanding stay. Thank you.

Wir können uns nur den besten Bewertungen anschließen. Alles, aber auch alles tip top. 2 Wochen waren wunderbar, vor allem auch das Essen. Sofern gesund, sind wir im nächsten Jahr wieder dabei. Danke. .................................
