I returned to the Omnia for a second time last summer, and found in addition to the champagne greeting me, a bottle of Almond milk - they remembered that I like a bottle of Almond milk in my room from a previous visit, years earlier. You will be greeted at the station and picked up. They will say goodbye with chocolate. I love everything about the Omnia, and above all the people. I go for hiking the mountain, and I love coming back every night to the Omnia, like coming back home. The hotel has an excellent location right in the center but also a bit removed on a rock so you can enjoy the peace with only few steps to where the action is. The food is exquisite, the breakfast is heavenly, the dinner at the restaurant is an art a feast for the senses. The room is beautifully decorated modern style and the bed and pillows are so comfortable and you wake up and sit on a balcony facing a beautiful mountain and the houses of the village- It is like you are taken to a better more serene world. The best part is you feel with all the luxury surrounding you, the beautiful spa with its flower steam room and Jacuzzi facing the Matterhorn and the award winning restaurant and the beautiful books and movies, you feel the comfort of being at home and with the comfort of friends who let you be as you are. I could name them all, from the dear manager Christian and all the outstanding staff, and I love them all. It is the vacation to return to, and where every need is met with a smile and warmth. I cannot wait to go back to the Mountain and to the Omnia, and I hope it will be soon for the third time.

This place was awesome! 🏨 Location couldn’t be better – right where you want to be. The staff was super nice and really helpful the whole time. Room was super clean, and the view? Wow. 😍 Would totally stay again!

We stayed at The Omnia for 1 night and it was was truly memorable. We had booked a corner suite and the suite was nothing short of spectacular — spacious, elegantly designed, and offering stunning views of the mountains. Every staff at the resort was so helpful and courteous, whether it was the housekeeping or the front desk, a special mention must go to the restaurant team — Leandro and Sarina made every dining experience exceptional. It was also a gracious gesture from the General Manager to personally greet us during both check-in and check-out. We highly recommend The Omnia to anyone visiting Zermatt — it is more than just a place to stay, it’s an experience in hospitality at its finest.
