一家五口人來漳縣避暑，在遮陽山住了兩天，首先環境沒得説，山腳下綠化很好，早晚很涼快。再就是不論是前台還是餐廳的服務人員都很好，微笑服務點個贊。酒店周圍雖然有一些農家樂，但是保險起見還是選擇在酒店點餐，不得不説超出了預期，99一份加餐雙人份暖鍋完全夠3-4個人吃，味道也還不錯。不過還是想説説衞生方面，我們定的套房地面和地毯有明顯的碎屑和頭髮，跟酒店反饋後很快就來了打掃人員，居然衹是帶着掃把和簸箕，這麼大個酒店沒有吸塵器倒是讓我很吃驚，雖然掃了掃但其實並沒有打掃乾淨，我也不起強求了。希望酒店領導快看過來，給保潔配個吸塵器吧，苕帚怎麼掃的乾淨地毯？？？

第一次入住，酒店在景區，環境優美，衞生整潔，房間舒適，前台服務貼心，我們第二天早上6點半出門，前台美女就安排好了早點，餐廳帥哥準時打包送到前台，有雞蛋，牛奶，肘花，花圈，包子，蛋糕，醃青瓜，榨菜，水果等，品種多，牛奶還加熱，真是熱情周到，餐廳服務也很到位，我們到了之後，沒有吃飯，前台告訴我們可以點餐，我們點了菜品和主食後，很快就上菜了，味道獨特，真是家鄉味，服務員也很敬業，跑前跑後。真是顧客之上，服務到家。
