The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a bus station (to Wulingyuan) and a train station just outside the door. It is a 500-meter walk to the ticket gate of the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. Opposite the cableway gate is Fu Zhengyi Sanxiaguo (recommended). It is quiet in a bustling city, the room facilities are very good, and the lady at the front desk is also very nice and friendly, and provided us with travel guidance attentively.

The room was consistent with the pictures. I thought it was a happy journey at first. The tour guide told me that this was a newly opened hotel. But the bathroom in the room was leaking, and the air conditioner on the second floor could not be turned on. The whole room was hot and humid! In such hot weather, the hotel staff brought me an electric fan, which made my whole family hot. I didn't sleep well all night and was very disappointed.
Note before booking, find a quiet environment, you can hear the sound of the plane landing at night... very loud.
Fortunately, the Ctrip platform helped to deal with the problem later and refunded in time.

The location is 800 meters away from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Up Station, which is convenient for walking. It is not in the downtown area. The room size and facilities are also OK, and the breakfast is good. We booked three rooms for three people. Two of them checked out at 8:30 the next morning, and the other one was delayed to 2:00 because we took a slightly wrong route on the mountain and could not check out on time at 2:00. I contacted the hotel to discuss it, and the front desk staff said there was a charge of 40 for each extra hour. We delayed for an hour and arrived at the hotel to check out at 3:00 sharp. The front desk staff urged us to take our things down quickly. If we had intended to delay, we would not have checked out of the other two rooms early at 8:30 am to make it easier for the hotel to accommodate other guests. Compared with other hotels, it is not flexible and has no warmth.

The room was clean, of suitable size, with comfortable bedding and sufficient air conditioning. I had trouble sleeping, and the front desk kindly provided me with eye masks and earplugs.
The sanitation was quite clean.
Because we didn't have enough time to go to Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, the front desk lady helped to take out the luggage, avoiding the need to book another half-day room. Recommended to stay.
