From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a stress-free and enjoyable experience. They provided a well-planned itinerary for each day, helped me secure tickets for attractions, and were always available with advice or assistance. What impressed me most was on the evening of my checkout—they personally delivered my luggage to the railway station so I could fully enjoy my last day in Zhangjiajie without worrying about a thing. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. Very nice and friendly hosts! They will carefully plan the itinerary for you and really always available to help! Area is near to Tianmen Shan and if you follow the route recommended by the hosts, will save you alot of time and money. Wil definitely stay here again if have chance and will recommend to others who are looking to stay at ZhangJiaJie!
