We had a great stay at tcyh. Quite near the forest east gate. Also near to all the eateries and the mei li xiang xi theatre. Nicely renovated room. Double pillows and towels for kids. There is a small pool but only avail from jul. Washing machines provided with several portable drying racks. Receptionists were very helpful to book tickets on our behalf at their travel agent rates. Also provided very helpful maps. Also thanks for the fruit platter and parting gift. Reception area can be cleared more regularly.

Great service, good location near the river and near the Zhangjiajie National Park entrance, walkable to food shops and nice large and safe grounds. Nice stay.

Excellent location within walking distance to the main East gate entrance. Hotel staff was very helpful with getting us discounted tickets which was better than what we had purchased online. They were also very knowledgeable with the Park and Grand Canyon attractions. Their tips guided our decision making on when and what to see first. Breakfast is included with a decent Chinese breakfast variety. The room is also pretty good size and comfortable.
The main downside is the cleanliness especially in the hallways and some public area. The carpet is very old and could use some upgrades. Overall still a pretty good value for our budget.
