The hotel staff is not helpful. We arrived at check in time and had to still wait a good 20 mins for the room to be ready. Breakfast was the same everyday and food wasn't very edible. We wanted to get more water at 11pm but the hotel refused to provide it. We offered to pay but they directed us to a vending machine thing which foreigners will not be able to purchase from without a local number. That was super unhelpful. It was one of the most disappointing stay during my 2 weeks trip there. Stayed there for 5 nights and should have moved hotels.

The hotel is a 10mins car ride to cable car station where we took the cable car to 天门山.
We could see 天门山 from our room. The room is spacious and clean.
The aircon was off in the breakfast dining room. Rather warm to enjoy our breakfast. The dining experience could have been better if the room temperature was kept at a comfortable level.

Superb value for money. Very clean super modern room with big walk in shower, very powerful and quiet Aircon, very big walk-in shower. Very kind and helpful reception staff. 6-7 CNY didi to the airport and the mountain. Location sharp in front of the mountain so you can see colorful lights around “Heaven gate” from the lobby, and probably from your room if you get lucky

Beautiful and clean Hotel with a view over the Tianmen Mountain, staff was so kind to give us a late checkout at 6pm without any extra cost. Rooms are spacious and worth their price.

這次入住體驗不太好
1、衞生不好，馬桶沒有打掃乾淨，還有污漬粘在上面。
2、浴室裏麪一進去就是一股尿騷味，明顯是隨便打掃的。
3、地址偏僻外賣難叫
4、裝修很快捷，放個烘衣機超雞肋！
5、本來以為能看到山的，沒想到看了個毛線！
6、服務態度一般，冷淡。

位置在離張家界西高鐵站坐車20分鐘
離機場5-7分鐘的距離
晚上會有飛機的起飛落地的聲音
也是很好的體驗
環境也挺好的，在酒店能看見天門洞
房間給做了升級，親子房
住的很舒服
早餐食堂的話都是大圓桌（10人一大桌）那種
給人感覺是團體遊酒店的那種感覺
想給個小小的建議的話，希望把餐廳座位
給改2-4人桌那種，這麼美的環境希望要利用起來
接的車挺好，送時的車有點臟..（細節）
不過服務各方面都很好
有機會還會入住
