This is a new hotel with all new facilities. The front desk staff mostly speak Mandarin, but they are very helpful, friendly, and quick. The location is perfect—close to a mini-market and Tianmen Mountain. The laundry room, gym, and especially the rooms are super clean, neat, and comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie (ZJJ).

We fully recommended. We definitely will come back. Zhangjiajie is a small city yet all is available. The peoples are friendly and polite. The front desk help us to order out side food because of heavy rain. We truely appreciated their assistant. The only hotel with free coffee and tea bar. 24/7. Laundry (washing machine and dryer)services is free too.👍 super clean.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Only the tap water smells funny, so that we didn't even use it to rinse our mouths. Breakfast is good and location is ok.

We got rooms upgraded as was low peak period. The rooms were very clean and functional but wished there were some drawers to store stuffs. It was beside a school hence need to be mindful of the timing as can be packed with school crowds and cars after school release. What amazed us most was the voice activated controls and the washers/dryers that were free of charge to use. The usage can be tracked in the Home hotel TV channel and was super efficient. Really great services from the staff as well!

The hotel is in a good position. 35 mins to avatar mountain, 15 mins to Tianmen ticket office. The room are big, clean and cozy. Coffee and tea are awesome. And the staff very helpful. They help us and solve our trouble. Breakfast buffet is ok. Gym is very small and in the laundry room.
