The service at the hotel was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I’d especially like to mention Zhang Xiaoyuan, who went out of her way to assist us—despite our language barrier, we communicated smoothly via WeChat and Google Translate, which was greatly appreciated. We also got a free pick up service in a luxury van and managed to check in early - you also get a free tea experience on the 7th floor.
The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the east gate of the national park. There are also several restaurants within a 5 to 10-minute walk, offering plenty of dining options.
Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good mix of options including some Western choices like toast, cakes, and watermelon. The freshly made rice noodles and eggs stood out as the highlights for me given that I’m gluten free and vegetarian.
Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a Japanese toilet and a soothing hot tub—a lovely touch for relaxing after a day of exploring. The king-sized bed provided a great night’s sleep.
Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a few days if you plan to spend time in the national park.

As I mentioned in my last review, this hotel was amazing. Everything is completely automated - the toilet, the curtains. Very high-tech. Can't wait to come back someday :-)

Intimate service creates a perfect accommodation experience. Beautiful environment, clean and tidy rooms. I stayed with my parents and was impressed by the hotel service. The front desk immediately upgraded the room to a quiet one when they saw the elders. The restaurant manager specially arranged light dishes and the waiters served with a smile throughout the meal. The most surprising thing was that after it was my mother's birthday, the housekeeping staff responded very quickly, and ice cubes and extra quilts were delivered within 5 minutes. This people-oriented service concept makes the whole family feel extremely caring!
