La chambre est très jolie et spacieuse très agréable d’avoir une baignoire dans la chambre . La femme avec une paire de lunettes que nous avons eu ce matin lors du Check out était adorable. Le service de navette gratuite est un vrai plus . Ce qu’il a y a amélioré selon moi : une réfrigérateur serait le bienvenu dans la chambre , climatisé la salle du petit dej car ce n’était pas agréable et pour finir éviter d’insister lourdement dés l’arrivée à l’hôtel pour vendre son package d’excursions . Surtout que nous avons fait la visite de zhangjiajie et tianmen par nous même et cela s’est fait facilement et moins cher . Prenez un DiDi et l’entrée à zhangjiajie coûte 220 yuan et si vous voulez prendre l’ascenseur ou le téléphérique vous payez un supplément de 75 yuan chacun mais en aucun cas c’est une obligation car il y a des bus gratuit à l’intérieur du site qui vous emmène aux différents points de vue

This was by far the best service we've ever experienced at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. They even picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the train station free of charge — such a thoughtful gesture!
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a unique blend of Asian and tropical vibes that make the atmosphere truly special. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable — we couldn’t have asked for more.
What truly made our stay unforgettable was Jiaxing. He was tireless in helping us, always ready with the best tips and local insights. He planned our entire visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which can feel overwhelming without a clear itinerary. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly. Even when we forgot our map on the first day, he stayed in contact with us via WeChat and guided us through the park the whole time. He handled all the bookings, gave us the best options, and made sure we were always comfortable and informed.
We felt completely supported throughout our stay and were never afraid to ask questions — Jiaxing and the entire team made sure of that.
We can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you're visiting the area, this is the place to stay!

管家嘉星的服務一流，有什麼事也可以找他幫忙，問路、行程規劃、訂票、餐廳推介等等，即使退房後他還是願意解答我的問題，獨自出門，他幫了很大忙。另外民宿也安排了Benz免費高鐵站接送，非常好！早餐選擇多，滿足！

dan dan, our advisor/ receptionist during our stay was extremely hospitable. she picked us up and dropped us at the airport.
apart from that, they have wechat which allows the staff to connect with you quickly if you have any issues or enquiry during your stay.
she mapped out our zhang jia jie trip since we only planned to do a day just so it’s worth it for us and for us a really good price as compared to other platforms.
since we checked out early, we left our luggage at the receptionist and came back from ZJJ to take a quick shower - she was really nice to offer that. on top of that, they have laundry room w washing machine and a dryer too! (and free laundry detergent)
the breakfast was average though. other than that, it’s all good! would 10/10 come back again
