The room is spacious and the staff friendly. Location is near the wulingyuan old town and restaurants are just downstairs . The water pressure in toilet is weak though for showering. And the toilet and shower glass doors are dirty

前台幫忙規劃的路線很好，還可以幫忙優惠買景區票。房間住得很舒服，空間大，洗手間熱水出的很快，吹風機質量也很好。酒店還可以提供泡腳桶，遊玩一天回來泡個腳太舒服了。

灑店離張家界國家森林公園東門很近，步行10分鐘。酒店沒施、衞生狀況很好，早餐種類多，菜品好，乾淨衞生。灑店服務熱情周到，尤其灑店管家林湘服務佳，為遊客詳細推薦張家界旅遊線路，邦忙訂票，使遊客玩得開心放心！

Positives Hotel is super clean. Hotel is a 4-minute flat walk along the river to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie Park. Hotel has free laundry machine. Hotel has breakfast Hotel has people who are fluent in English and gave perfect advice on highlights of the park. They even helped order delivery because I was exhausted from hiking the park. Suggestions: Ask for a room on a high floor with a balcony that faces the river. Women come out in the morning to do their laundry and it’s wonderful to see rural life.

Nice sunrise river view. Appreciated the laundry facilities.  Lovely breakfast buffet selection. Friendly and helpful staff all around.

Personal de recepción muy amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Consiguen entradas con descuento. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es bastante completo y accesible para turistas occidentales. Hotel muy recomendable.

The hotel is in a strategic location, very convenient for accessing Zhangjiajie National Park. It is well-maintained and very clean, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was varied and of excellent quality, with a wide selection of sweet and savory local options. A special thanks to Zoe and Yuanyuan, who helped us plannig a wonderful itinerary through the park and assisted us with purchasing the tickets. So far, this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my trip to China. Highly recommended!

Manyuan was great place to stay and very convenient location to most attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well!! The room was clean and tidy with great views of the mountain!

I booked a room with a balcony and tub overlooking the river. It’s such a lovely hotel and the room was fantastic. It was spacious with the best shower I’ve had in a hotel. It was such a nice place to stay. The room was a bit noisy due to helicopters flying past through the day and music coming from the Main Street but that is outside the hotels control and I didn’t mind. The woman at reception helped me plan my trips and organised purchasing tickets for the Grand Canyon and glass bridge as well as the forest park. She helped me work out routes. It’s very close to the national park east gate and there is a shortcut by walking along the river and over a bridge. I will be recommending this hotel and hopefully I’ll be back!
