Awesome stay. Location is superb, right near the entrance of the park. The staff is friendly and helpful - they offered a car ride to the park entrance, and helped map out the route to walk inside the park. Also, we had an issue with our shower door, which was fixed efficiently by the hotel staff. The rooms are clean and large, with a great view on the mountains. I would definitely book this place again.

非常值得推薦的一家民宿，老闆人非常好，服務態度特別好，超越了我住過的所有酒店，房間很大，設施一流，服務一流，地理位置也很優越，靠近張家界國家森林公園的梓木崗門，旅途中遇到的困難也可以找老闆解決，非常熱心

景色無敵，特別是在露台看風景，確實很放鬆，早餐米粉很好吃，老闆人很好，推薦大家

Отель находится внутри парка. Стоит заселиться ради вида. Очень тихое и спокойное место. На завтрак есть что выбрать, учитывайте что рядом нет магазинов. Мы заказывали ужин в отеле- было вкусно. Кухня больше традиционная, это тоже учитывайте(как в целом во всем городе). Номер просторный, вид очень хороший. Добраться можно на такси(не сильно дорого). Отель семейный и весь персонал очень отзывчивый и приятный. По номеру есть небольшие недостатки(следы от сырости)- это не проблема Очень удобная большая кровать и матрас. Большие полотенца. Все шильно-мыльные средства и зубные щетки предоставляются. В номер ставят по 4 бутылки воды. Есть халаты, тапки

Be careful with chosing this!!!!!! This hotel was a disappointment from start to finish. When you book you can stay at another building that is not part of the one that appears in photos. It says budget room but the price is high compared to most places in China. When we arrived there was a band aid on the floor and we asked for them to clean but they did not care at all so it continued there. The service was ok the breakfast ok the bed comfortable. The room had a gross towel separating the room from the wc and there is no door for the wc. Also the view is some old building. Please consider well before taking the risk in spending your money here.

However, Purespace proved to be an absolute gem, offering not only a welcoming and familiar environment but also a strategic location that unlocked a less crowded path to the park's wonders. From the moment I arrived, the family who run Purespace went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Their English proficiency was good, and we used automatic translations when communicating complicated points to ensure we understood each other, it was a welcome relief, and they were incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and offering tips for navigating the park. The hotel itself boasts comfortable beds, wi-fi and wall to ceiling windows. The view is outstanding and easily the best view I’ve ever had at hotel. The bathtub in the window is just amazing - you sit in your bath After a long day of hiking in relaxing atmosphere - it was truly a treat. The breakfast offered a decent selection of Chinese options, with noodles available on demand. Delicious home cooked food was available at lunch and dinner too. However, the true standout feature of Purespace is its proximity to a lesser-known gate of the national park. Located just a short and easy walk from the hotel is an entrance that seems to be favored by locals and those in the know. This proved to be an absolute game-changer for accessing the Bailong Elevator early in the morning. While the main entrance was often swarming with 000s of guests, this smaller gate offered a quick and easy entry into the park. I was able to reach the base of the Bailong Elevator well before the peak crowds, allowing for a swift ascent and uninterrupted views of the stunning karst formations. This local tip, saved me valuable time and significantly enhanced my overall experience of the park. Its proximity to the "secret" gate leading to the Bailong Elevator early is an invaluable asset for those wanting to maximize their time and avoid the ilong queues. I highly recommend Purespace and will stay there again when I go back.

Located perfectly in walking distance to be early at the gate which is a must o avoid the crowds! No EN - everythings needs translation Apps - but partially bad Wifi! Breakfast very limited but very friendly and supportive service. Pictures on trip.com look much better than reality..

Location is perfect, room is spacious but can be decorated better, view is great, breakfast variety is not enough, dinner is OK, employees are polite.

밤11시가 넘은 늦은시간 체크인에도 남자사장님이 친절히 응대해주셨습니다! 숙소뷰도 마운틴뷰로 매우 만족스러웠고 아침식사도 맛있게 해주십니다^^ 걸어서 10분거리에 산림공원이 있어서 여행하기도 편했고 객실정비도 깨끗히 잘해주셨습니다 장가계 자유여행한다면 무조건 추천합니다!!

春節假期一家人出遊，非常滿意的一個民宿，放鬆的好地方，下次再去，就不需要去周邊景點，衹在民宿待着放鬆一下就很不錯

This was an amazing stay and the host was so incredibly kind. He helped me navigate Wulingyuan forest park and get tickets for Tianmen Mountain too. He was checking in all the time to make sure everything and OK. The food was so good too, I text my order everyday and he had it ready for the time we had arranged. It was very tasty! All around a great trip!
