衞生環境這些都挺好的，離天門山索道很近，附近的美食也有很多，超級方便

出車路過此地休息了兩天，選擇了這家古色古香的巷子客棧，位置沒得説過馬路就是天門山坐索道的地方，客棧外面小吃餐館一條街，非常方便，客棧老闆娘温和，熱心，感受到了土家人的熱情，超讚，等10分月可能會帶家人玩一趟張家界，還會選擇這家客棧，推薦😁

The location is very convenient - close to the cable car and close to many local restaurants. There’s also direct bus line to the airport just minutes away.

We really liked the location. There was a mixup with the pickup. And we ended up taking a taxi. It is better to arrange going there by yourself. The mattresses were hard but the pillows were great and we all slept well. There is no elevator so staying on the 4th floor can be difficult if you forgot things or have problems in your room. The person at the reception was not very helpful and hard to find. The reception was very smocky and not very welcoming. One thing we really appreciated was being shown our room as soon as we arrived. The rooms on the street side were noisy but the ones on the other side were fine. I am not sure I would recommend the place.

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Der Service war sehr hilfsbereit und der Busbahnhof zu den Avatar-Mountain ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

民宿位置簡直絕佳，出門就是天門山索道始發站，步行2分鐘就能到，完全不用趕早排隊！對於想第一時間沖上山的遊客來説，真的太方便了！   房東服務超級貼心，不僅送了超詳細的景區地圖和攻略（連小眾拍照點都標好了！），還幫忙代買了優惠門票，一張票省了足足幾十塊，四捨五入等於白住一晚！💰   更驚喜的是，民宿門口就有一家地道黃牛肉館子，牛肉鍋分量足、味道香，爬山回來吃一頓超滿足！懶人福音，完全不用為吃飯發愁～   總結就是：位置無敵、省錢省心、吃喝無憂! 強烈推薦給所有來天門山的朋友，下次來一定繼續住這兒！

門都是壞的，衞生間很小洗澡都站不開，空調效果很差，反正價格和環境不成正比，環境差很多
