The room smelled like smoke. After complaining at the reception the staff helped immediately with air freshener. The breakfast was not very good.

When I go out to stay in a hotel, I like to choose Ramada, Zhangjiajie is no exception. The hotel is very new, the environment is good, and the service is good. It is in the new science and technology district, a little far from the city, but it is convenient if you drive.
