The high-speed train to Zhangjiajie arrived at 22:20 in the evening. Checking in to a distant home was a surprise journey that started from the moment I landed in Zhangjiajie! The hotel arranged vehicles and staff to meet me at the exit in advance, which made me feel familiar with this city and full of warmth. After a journey, I was deeply attracted by the bright lights in front of me, as if I had walked into a flowing landscape painting; from the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the full warmth. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was quick. One-to-one butler service was immediately added. They also carefully planned a tour route for me and recommended great local food. The room was even more eye-catching. When I pushed open the carved wooden door, the room was warm and comfortable, the hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the smart home was super convenient to use, and the details showed quality. I especially loved the night light at the head of the bed, which coated the texture of the original wood furniture with warm light, warming everything around. Because I am an extremely socially anxious person, the housekeeper who served me patiently recommended to me the various delicacies that the hotel can provide. I love this B&B so much. The whole experience from booking to check-out is full of surprises! First of all, the environment is really great! The design style of the B&B is unique, with both natural and rustic warmth and modern and simple exquisite details. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you can see the lush mountain view (or sea view/garden) when you open the window. It is a "paradise" outside the city when you are awakened by the sun and the crows in the morning! Secondly, the housekeeper here is also very considerate. From the detailed communication before check-in to the warm farewell at check-out, the whole experience is comparable to VIP Private customized service, must be praised!
