My friends and I had an amazing experience at 嘉宁 hotel in Zhangjiajie. The room was very nice and clean and the people from the reception were extremely kind and helpful. They assisted us in booking tickets for places such as Tianmen mountain and Wulingyuan. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would also like to stay there again next time! Oh and the view was also very nice! 😊🤙

This hotel is located in zhangjiajie city center, have many food store around included KFC. The hotel is inside business building, on 20over floor good view. Is just a simple local operated hotel. Overall bed is clean an normal room. No make too high expectation on the lift and entrance to the hotel. Overall is good to have just 1nite stay.

This is the most value for money hotel esp. for family because they have more options of rooms for 3 or 4 persons. Front desk service is excellent as they are really helpful including any assistance on nearby sightseeing tours. This is surrounded by many big shopping centres including one within the same building and easily accessible for all meals. Hotel is clean with all necessary facilities.
Surprisingly they are helping us to wash and dry some clothes for free!

They’re amazing and helpful and kind people, my experience was great and the location great for me just 10 minutes away by car from cableway of tianmen cave and all store around me , thank you for the experience.

The room was perfect. Spacious with a great view of the city, as well as clean and tidy. There were no issues with the room whatsoever.
The lady at reception was hugely helpful, helping me book my ticket for Zhangjiajie National Forest. She also made sure I had everything I needed and told me to go for transport purposes. Really nice and quick to respond to any questions I had.
