The place is very well located of the intention it's to get there as early as possible to avoid the crowd. You can be a bit out of the budget getting in and out of the area, if you are arriving late or leaving early and there's no option to take the buses from and to the city. The staff is very polite the room was very clean and the scenery is beautiful, the hotel can get a bit noisy when there's kids staying the night.

Этот отель находится прямо у гор , вид с балкона шикарный , до главного входа в сам парк мин 10 пешком . Сам отель без питания , ходили в соседний завтракать . И там же на ресепшене ребята помогли с маршрутами в горы Аватара и « небесные врата « . Номер большой , кровать правда очень жесткая . Пол сильно скрипел . Но главное само место - незабываемое ☝️

Hotel is near park entrance and the price is worth it

The room was cosy equipped with AC to warm the room, good Wifi, kettle and toiletries. A small fridge would have been great but the cool weather didn’t let me miss it much. The mountain view and the peace around were fantastic! The place is 10 mins walking from Zhangjiajie National Park West entrance which means accessing the busses and Cable cars is so easy. The guest was friendly and very responsive. It is a bit challenging to find food around, but there is a restaurant next to the hotel that opens only for dinner.

The views from the balcony are marvelous.

Endroit incroyable, les mots nous manquent pour décrire cet hôtel. Un service adorable, très bon restaurant et une tranquillité qui fait du bien ! Les employés sont à l'écoute et très gentils, vous planifient vos endroits à voir du parc en fonction de la météo. L'entrée du parc se trouve à 5 min à pied, ce qui est un énorme plus ! Nous reviendrons

酒店房間不大，其他都還好，就是木地板踩上去嘎吱嘎吱響，希望改進。離西門不遠，走清風峽古道很近，老闆態度非常好，開車送了一段

民宿環境一般，但是離楊家界西門很近，可以免費停車，自駕比較方便。民宿的床非常硬，一晚上都沒怎麼睡，環境也很一般，洗手間的門壞了也不給換房，説滿房了，感覺是藉口，除了我們一大家人，好像沒看到其他人，餐飲也非常一般，就是很普通的農家口味，沒有特別湘菜的感覺，菜品也很少

客棧環境清幽，舒適，房間視野開闊，室內乾淨整潔，在客棧就能看見張家界的美景，離景區非常近，步行衹需幾分鐘，老闆人很好，一次非常棒的旅行

Very beautiful hotel with lovely & helpful owners for a great price. It's close to the gate. Just know that this entrance of the national park is a little harder to reach.

非常好！老闆人太好了，幫忙規劃旅遊路線，幫忙訂門票，還親自送客人到森林公園的景區大門口，住的地方離西門人口才兩公里不到吧，住的環境不錯，我訂的觀景大陽台，一家十口來訂了四五間房，連住了兩晚，老闆人很實在，去玩之前可以先訂餐，老扳可以提前備菜，等大家遊玩景區結束後，提前通知老闆炒好菜，回到客棧就可以直接吃了，口味還不錯，不是託啊，真實評價，大家值得一來
