The hotel is very close to the scenic area. The environment is also very nice. Wonderful short stay in Zhangjiajie. The room was spacious and clean, the staff is very kind and helpful. They assisted us with transportation to the west railway station at our departure. It is within walking distance from Tianmen (which is why we chose the location). It has a great free laundry self service on the rooftop in the open air (clothes dry quickly without using the dryer). We also got a free room upgrade, so the picture is from a room that's more expensive. I would definitely stay here again

The host is very nice, contact us in advance for pick up service and also provide us the drop off service at the train station of Zhangjiejia West. The room is very nice, all amenities that you need is there. Also, offer some snack and cute gift set when checking in. The room is spacious and clean. The host also help to buy Tianmenshan Ticket for us and advice any information you need. The convenience store is next door and several restaurant just across the road. Tianmenshan Cable Station is only 5 mins walk. I had a brilliant time staying here and would recommend this hotel for others who would like to stay nearby Tianmenshan Cable Way.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel during our time in Zhang Jia Jie. Not only was hotel the very clean and spacious, they also provide free itinerary customisation too. We are thankful to have 陈琴 (aka 夏花) who helped us with the planning of our trip and booking of the attraction and transportation tickets (which saved us a lot of trouble）. She is a very patient lady who replies promptly to our queries, and gives really good recommendations too. :)

Nice cute hotel, great location for Tianmenshan. Amenities were good. Standout was the service though, all 3 service members were incredibly helpful. The male helper (who I’m assuming is, or is one of, the managers / owners, was very kind and slowly ran through the best way / cheapest way to get to Zhangjiajie national forest park and how to manage from there, as it can be quite overwhelming at first. Very much appreciated the service and great price!

What impressed me most was on the evening of my checkout—they personally delivered my luggage to the railway station so I could fully enjoy my last day in Zhangjiajie without worrying about a thing. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie—it's not just a place to stay, it’s a place that makes your trip smoother and more enjoyable from start to finish.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was also excellent—staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

When you step into the Four Seasons Hotel, you will be greeted by a simple yet elegant atmosphere. The lobby design combines natural elements with modern minimalist style. Wooden furniture and soft lighting create a warm and comfortable resting space that makes people relax instantly. The room incorporates natural elements to create a fresh and elegant living atmosphere. The intelligent guest control system can control the room equipment by voice, which is full of technology and enhances the sense of stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a bus station (to Wulingyuan) and a train station just outside the door. It is a 500-meter walk to the ticket gate of the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. Opposite the cableway gate is Fu Zhengyi Sanxiaguo (recommended). It is quiet in a bustling city, the room facilities are very good, and the lady at the front desk is also very nice and friendly, and provided us with travel guidance attentively.

The supporting facilities around the hotel are complete, and there are many delicious restaurants. You can eat just downstairs. The staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. They will remind guests carefully about things to pay attention to when visiting, so as to avoid detours and help us buy tickets. It is cheap and fast, eliminating the tedious procedures in the middle. The room is clean and tidy. The main thing is that it is convenient for me to go everywhere. It is very close to the high-speed rail station, long-distance station, and Tianmen Mountain Cableway. It only takes 10 minutes to walk. The hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended!
