The area are a bit run down, and the owner is a really kind lady but cannot speak english. A bit hard to find and between small lane. The room is not really 25m2 which is a bit small from what we expected. As we arrived in late October, the room is kind of cold without turning the ac on. Towels were changed and rubbish thrown out daily. Unlimited water bottles are provided by the owner. The lobby is not clean and messy, which can be improved but the owner is really kind, even try to help carry our heavy luggage upstairs. The laundry provided is a top load washing machine used by the hotel for their laundry and needs to be air dried, no drier. To get to the Tianmen Cableway is actually almost 20 minutes walk, 15 if you walk fast. Overall, you get what you paid for. I would suggest to spend a little bit more if you can and get a little bit of better hotel which are abundant near the area.

A cute, affordable, and cozy place to stay with a good location, within walking distance to many restaurants and markets. The room was clean and equipped with essentials like clean bath towels, slippers, toothbrushes, and outlets with USB charging jacks. The hotel owners were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We would love to stay there again.

At this price point, I wasn't picky. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the service was impeccable. The room was decent, but the noise from planes taking off and landing in this area was absolutely deafening. It seems to be the same throughout the entire area. The first night, the planes stopped taking off around midnight, and the second night, around 2 AM. I'm not entirely sure when the planes stopped taking off. It was quite disruptive for light sleepers, but the location was great, so I managed to fall asleep when I got tired. I think everyone staying in this area can probably hear this noise. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

This was our first trip to Zhangjiajie, and as complete newbies, we were quite lost, especially traveling with our nine-year-old. The wonderful owner, Yunqin, went above and beyond! Even before we departed, she helped us buy tickets and meticulously arranged our entire itinerary, covering everything from meals to transportation. Every single aspect was absolutely perfect! We're already looking forward to our next visit! Zhangjiajie, we'll definitely be back, and we can't wait to see you again, Yunqin!

The boss is very enthusiastic and gave a detailed introduction to our itinerary. The room is clean and comfortable, and the price is very affordable. It is very close to the scenic spot. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the gate of Zhangjiajie scenic spot!
