We originally came here to have fun, but there was a safety accident with the magic carpet, so we couldn't play any of the facilities on the top of the mountain. It was really disappointing, and there was no explanation. We went there with high hopes but returned disappointed, and our May Day holiday was ruined. The hotel said casually: If the facilities are broken, we are not responsible. If we are not going to have fun, why would we stay in a hotel?

酒店在景區裏，住的小木屋，很有特色，環境很好，但是比市區冷，端午節住的，晚上得開空調製熱，建議帶輕羽絨服。出行不遠走路的話，可以叫擺渡車上門接送。早餐比較一般，園區裏吃飯的選擇比較少，但是宴遇張庫很不錯，推薦體驗！

服務周到熱情，園中環境優美，雙層木屋大床房位於半山腰，夜晚的星空月影下，很漂亮。小童樂園適合溜娃，有鳥類松鼠樂園，清幽別緻，娃兒很喜歡，

帶孩子來體驗書屋。房子都很新。沒有怪味道。洗澡水也很足。景區玩的設施都和齊全！呆上二天不成問題。還有吃飯演繹表演體驗歷史文化。孩子看的津津有味。松鼠樂園是孩子最喜歡的地方。小鳥隨便互動

酒店贈送了小資生活館的體驗，我們分別體驗了香篆和點茶，老師講的非常好，給我們普及了香文化，茶文化的起源，值得體驗 酒店園區表演，超級震撼，這個價格值了（因為下雨打鐵花沒看到，下次再來看） 酒店的晚宴建議預訂嘗試，不一樣的體驗 服務環節建議提升， 1.打卡活動，最後兑換的人説上遊客中心，遊客中心又支到營銷中心，最後抽到了茶包説要返回景區在領取，如何回去，兑獎負責人一無所知，最後我們放棄了，總之活動的營銷是好的，但是落地實施較差。活動環節建議自測，優化。 2.酒店停車場，酒店專用停車場進來的時候沒人告知有專用停車場，路上也沒有標識，後來下車後入園才被告知。出停車場的時候，走下來的沒有人行入口，且如果酒店用户直接出停車場就無法參與集章兑獎。
