住過最差的開元酒店，沒有之一。 1.服務員素質極差，態度惡劣。 2.房間衞生極差，洗漱和淋雨龍頭放出來的水是黃的，電視機前的桌面縫裡卡着瓜子殼等垃圾。 3.服務標準極差，一進去看到燒水壺放在衞生間裏，無一次性刮鬍刀，茶杯放在電視機櫃下面。 4.早餐食品極差，包子裏面是冷的，咖啡是拿粉泡的，沒有咖啡味。 5.管理水平極差，進進出出那麼多人在電梯裏抽煙居然沒人管。

住過的最差勁的酒店了，房間的燈光居然無法關閉，折騰了快兩個小時，前台就讓機器人從新送了一張無用卡，然後半小時後又讓一個值班的人來告訴我這是睡眠燈，你家睡眠燈在天花板？好不容易又等來一個工程部的來強行斷電才告終！！！沒有人來道歉，半夜兩點客人還因為燈光問題睡不成難道你們習以為常了！！！！

酒店地理位置很好，旁邊有超市，對面是贛江，風景很好，房間衞生好，前台小嚴服務很好，送了歡迎水果。很不錯[強]

總體來説不是很好。除了窗外景觀過的去，其他都不行。入住時先到一位男生面前，似乎是太過於專注工作，頭都不抬。旁邊的人問他好了沒有，他説沒好。那好吧，我換一個。換到另外一個女接待，問她早餐，跟我説29，她旁邊的同事説50多，這是業務不熟還是區別對待？難道不是同一個餐廳？房間的衞生間地面不知撒了什麼，黏腳！電視也看不了。換了一個房間，晚上回來洗澡，水温開到最大也衹是温水。接待時旁邊的工作人員還是不是冒出一句方言，感覺太不專業了！

前台接待員小謝態度友好熱情，解答問題耐心周到，有問必答，早餐也很豐富，酒店還有自助洗衣房，下午茶時間冰淇凌和咖啡可免費提供，真的是一家很棒的酒店，值得大家入住，設施：非常齊全衞生：非常乾淨整潔環境：非常舒適服務：超級無敵好，連清潔大姐都非常有禮貌延遲退房至15:00（視房量房態）:是一家非常人性化的酒店現磨咖啡:業餘時間品一杯咖啡，享受獨處的當下時光下午茶:品種還挺多的，都很齊全，水果，飲品，點心都有
