Staff are friendly and professional. Check in was smooth. They provided a welcome fruit plate (an apple, a pear and an orange) which was delivered by a robot. Love the free self laundry service (3 washing machines and 3 dryers) as you don't find this at most of the hotels. Excellent breakfast with varieties. I love the noodle bar which provides freshly made wonton. The hotel also offers late night snacks with steam buns, freshly made wonton noodles from noodle bar and fried noodles. Room is spacious. The only complaint is there are no restaurants right at the hotel or next door. However, there is a 7/11 to grab quick snacks.

The overall experience was great! The staff were warm and courteous. From their patience and meticulousness during check-in to their efficient response to various needs during my stay, they all made me feel attentive. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was pleasant. Breakfast is rich, varied and delicious. Travel convenience.

I traveled with three friends and three families, and they were all very satisfied with their stay. There is a large shopping mall downstairs with everything to eat, drink, and have fun. The surrounding area is not far from various attractions! The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic. Special praise to the staff at the door. They were outside directing parking and helping with luggage when the sun was shining brightly.

All the newly renovated room types selected, the rooms without decoration are old and abandoned. The newly renovated room is relatively large, and there is a large table for more than two people to use at the same time. The decoration is stylish and the color is simple and elegant. The hotel's Chinese restaurant can drink morning tea, there are more people during the Spring Festival, but the taste and price are not bad.

The room was cleaned very well. When I checked out, I saw the staff vacuuming the carpets in other rooms. The mattress was very comfortable. The room was well soundproofed. Overall, I slept soundly. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were open. It was very cold outside, but the indoor pool was heated, so it wasn't cold to swim. I wanted to stay another night, but found that the price had increased by about 200 yuan from a few days ago. I felt bad for my wallet, so I checked out. I'll come back next time.

Very nice hotel in Zhanjiang, spacious, clean and well equipped room. Staff very friendly and helpful, always with smile. Regarding quality of services, one of the best hotels we have ever stay, five stars from us! Our special thanks to Ms. Yvonne Zhao for great help with all matters during our stay, but also to all people from reception and front desk. Very good selection of food for breakfast. Convenient underground parking. There is ATM, service center in hotel, it is possible to pay with foreign credit cards. Large supermarket just behind the corner. This hotel will be always preferential for us during stay in Zhanjiang!

The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. The room has a desk and a small sofa. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. It is fully equipped with a humidifier and audio-visual equipment, which is great for watching movies. The hotel is located on the 41st and 42nd floors, overlooking the city and sea views of Zhanjiang, with a wide view. The room projection is very good, very good, and there is a self-service laundry room on the 42nd floor~

地處市區，出行打車挺方便的。有自己的停車場，還有個地下的，但是地下的位置比較少，而且下去的坡很陡，可能滿載的小排量汽車上來會有點困難。房間挺大的，我的在7樓，看出去就是如圖所示。雖然已經知道房間不禁煙了，但是這也正是我想不明白的地方，一個家庭房居然能夠不禁煙？！還有就是，房間本來是沒什麼煙味的，但是衹要空調一開，那煙味就從空調出風口源源不斷的送出來，這是我最不滿意的一點了。

I came here for the first Orange Hotel in Zhanjiang. It’s really good. There is a night market street downstairs, which is very lively. The parking lot is opposite the elevator entrance, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also very rich, with more than 80 varieties, Zhanjiang-specific seafood. The restaurant is great, and the front desk service is also very good. I came in the middle of the night, and they were all very warmly received, especially the little reminder at the front desk, Xiao Chen, who enthusiastically helped me press the elevator button. I will look for the oranges next time I go out.
