Baozhu Mountain Villa

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, serving as a peaceful oasis right within Huangyao Ancient Town. It's perfectly situated right by the scenic area's entrance/exit, which makes it incredibly convenient to step out and find places to eat on the street. We were there for the Huangyao Marathon, and the owner even went the extra mile to cook congee for us early in the morning.

Hygiene: The bathroom was spotlessly clean and completely odorless. They also thoughtfully provided disposable bath towels, regular towels, toilet seat covers, and toothbrushes, which was a great touch. Service: The service was exceptional. On the day we arrived, since cars aren't allowed inside the ancient town, we parked at a nearby lot. The owner came out to guide us and helped carry our luggage. Security: The owner lives in an adjoining building, with the guesthouse located at the front and their private residence at the back. The owner would wait until all guests had returned to the guesthouse, ask if we were going out again, and if not, they would personally lock the main door. There was no curfew enforced, which was very convenient. While the overall attitude of staff within the ancient town wasn't great, the guesthouse's service was outstanding. The owner even went out of their way to help us communicate with security personnel to resolve any issues.

The place was really nice, with a pleasant woody aroma. The host was incredibly warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

This is the owner's private home, offering a truly unique experience. The service was excellent. It's conveniently located right behind the service center, and the owner kindly offers pickup from there. We visited during Chinese New Year, and the place was wonderfully lively with a strong festive atmosphere.

The transportation is convenient, just behind the visitor center. We contacted the landlord in advance and specially arranged for someone to pick us up. It was actually easy to find. It is two streets away from the main street and is relatively quiet. This seems to be a highlight of the planning of Yaohuang Ancient Town. Most of the inns are separated from the commercial street, which is good. The room is very hygienic. I live on the second floor. There is a small living room with a tea table for guests to make kung fu tea. There is also a mahjong machine. A group of guests from Liuzhou played mahjong in the living room in the afternoon and asked the boss to buy ingredients in the evening. The boss provided free BBQ grill, barbecue by yourself in the yard, drink some beer, this is the right way to open the ancient town😄

Not bad, especially the boss left a good impression on people, a simple and enthusiastic Guangxi big brother!
