設施：設施有點老舊，衞生間淋雨簾子壞的，縫隙發黴
衞生：衞生簡直不要太差，洗手間紙巾發黴！起初發現有點潮濕，拿起來問了一下一股味道，結果仔細一看發黴了，簡直無語了，微信跟前台反饋了就説了一句不好意思，給我拿包新的，然後沒了，一點抱歉的態度都沒有，出現這麼大的衞生隱患並沒有解決和道歉，床單有黑色的污漬，地毯也是很臟，滿是碎屑和灰塵
環境：大廳堆滿了水，跟倉庫一樣，毫無美感。
服務：服務更是不敢恭維，根本沒有。之前住過一次，一點多一個勁敲門問要不要做衞生一直催，我朋友的房間要換房，服務員一直敲門催，態度也很不耐煩，説快下班了，我朋友就氣的説不換了，我説幹嘛不換，讓她去換，當時差不多兩點，前台服務員就説不是説不換了嗎，現在又換，很兇！很不耐煩！搞得我們心情都沒了，總之，很不耐煩態度很不好！

港澳遊返程途徑中山，選擇貴店是自駕遊的首選！高端大氣，富麗堂皇，裝修考究，房間寬敞，尤其是硬件設施齊全，免費停車場規模大在店的右側。
寬敞房間的大的象個小廣場，親子滑梯讓小孩子玩的都不想睡覺，早餐製作的精細，粉面粥等餐食適合南北方口味，非常滿意！
入住體驗感十分滿意，硬件設施無可挑剔，軟件服務體貼入微，有賓至如歸的感覺！
物超所值，值得推薦！希望下次再見！

環境很一般，感覺是家庭開的大一點的旅館，空調不涼，進去很久都是熱的，還讓服務員拿了風扇來才行，這個名字取得有點那個誤導，沒辦法到得晚到處都滿房了，衹能將就，唯一就是床大這點還好，家庭足夠寬
