酒店服務未如理想，房間設備有問題，查詢時的回覆及處理方法欠佳；
酒店地址不完整，找了好一陣子才到目的地；
房間設施的投影質素欠佳，電源不良，電箱保險絲會因短路跳制；

一進門就是一個巨無霸蟑螂真的是好大的驚喜…舟車勞頓半夜兩點鐘到酒店結果還要花將近20分鐘打蟑螂
而且下水道反味嚴重，真的太臭了！！！！

樓下就是利和廣場，超市也是一應俱全。民宿老闆回覆訊息很快，非常友善。民宿有投屏，很適合一家人看影片！

交通方便、購物容易、停車場出入口可提供標示往利和國際公館，半夜時街上有時傳上來一陣一陣喧嘩聲，關閉窗戶及開空調有改善，廚房有簡單煮食工具
