性價比超高，地理位置好，靠近中百商場，交通方便，乾淨衞生，非常舒適，真是物有所值，住的非常愉快，以後到鍾祥還會再去。

衞生不乾淨，床上到處都是頭髮，甚至房間還有上一個客人丟的東西 （最後一張圖）都沒清理掉，也懶得換，換了估計也好不到哪去

酒店房間衞生乾淨，前台服務也不錯，酒店有停車場，方便自駕車停車，周邊吃飯也比較方便。下次來還會選擇住宿。

福馨園酒店旁邊就是中百廣場，周邊交通便利，酒店房間也比較乾淨衞生，對面的餐廳食材豐富，價格實惠，服務態度也挺好的～

酒店位置不錯，樓下很熱鬧，有獨立的停車場，停車方便，辦理入住快，房間面積大，路過這邊簡單住一宿是不錯的選擇。

衞生條件極差，體驗感極差，服務極差！
入住後酒店沒有熱水，派了人檢查一番，也不給個回覆，不停打電話溝通，需要換房，遲遲不解決，換房後，仍舊沒有熱水，沒有任何人主動説明情況，或表示歉意，主動打電話詢問前台也沒有明確答覆！來水也沒有人通知一聲！

豪華房型是新裝修的，挺乾淨、無異味，廁所洗漱也沒有問題，國慶節漲價，不過沒有別家漲價得離譜，性價比高。
