Receptionist / the staff were impolite, unhelpful and unwelcoming. Our room package including two days breakfast but the staff did not provide, we need to ask them to provide, and one day they asked if we have paid the room fee…… that’s nonsense and ridiculous. Family room only provided one access card which is not reasonable .

前台小姐姐很熱情呢 ，必須給好評的酒店，因為帶我弟，外面下雨了，還給我們延遲了，退房！客房阿姨也很好，還幫我們拿多了個枕頭 ，服務真的很不錯，房間很乾凈，住了兩天，非常的不錯，附近出行也很便捷！整體真的非常不錯的！下次還會再來！

這輩子住過最糟心的酒店！浴室安全隱患簡直讓人想報警！！首先，浴室根本沒有防滑墊，所謂的“乾濕分離”就是個笑話——淋浴區沒有玻璃隔斷，就一個簾布，水直接漫得滿地都是，地面瓷磚又滑得像溜冰場！更離譜的是，客房居然衹配一次性紙拖鞋，完全不防滑！我剛走出淋浴區，直接腳底一滑狠狠摔在地上，當場疼得爬不起來！
最讓我心碎的是，戴了十幾年的玉手鐲當場摔成幾半，這鐲子不僅是貴重物品，更是承載了無數回憶的貼身物件！人也受傷了，去醫院檢查還差點骨裂。找酒店負責人，居然説讓我們自己小心點，誰沒事會自己故意摔？還説酒店有配備防滑墊，結果他自己進去看也沒有！
真心奉勸大家避雷這家酒店！安全設施形同虛設，出了事故衹會推諉，住這兒簡直拿自己的生命安全開玩笑！希望酒店能重視防滑措施，別等出了大事才後悔！！

網購點外賣訂酒店從來沒有主動寫過評價！從一進酒店前台一直在打遊戲辦個入住都沒時間打理我，晚上沒什麼人我也可以理解無所謂了，一進酒店就發現沙發下來有喝過的礦泉水，酒店衞生堪憂，最無語的是！！下午打掃衞生的阿姨突然來敲門，迴應她了説等一下，敲了兩次門，直接拿房卡開門了説上一位客户有東西落下，直接進來了？客户沒有私隱嗎？房間是可以隨隨便便給你們刷開的？？超級氣憤！從來沒有住過服務這麼差的酒店！！避雷！！！！！

设施：停車場是有的 方便 而酒店房內的基本也是有的
卫生：衛生一般 洗手盤明顯很髒 而且衛生間一直會有臭味 必須關門 不然味道聞久了會想吐 因為我們入住很晚了 所以趕緊睡醒了就走了
环境：自駕去的 樓下有家吃糖水的 豆腐花不錯
服务：前台很好禮貌

這個酒店在珠海香都性價比還是蠻高的，衹不過呢，這個建築風格也可以。衹不過是説呢，含早餐就比較隨意了，然後，早餐呢，説實話，也是這個保安周邊幫忙買的腸粉跟湯粉兩種選擇，所以説這個含早餐有點有點勉強，這還不如不含早餐 價格再便宜點兒更好呢
