Great Stay During Trip. Nice spacious room and location. Reception staff Mr Steven is helpful and customer oriented.

nice hotel and I had a great trip in Zhuhai, I like this place so much!

We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff. We had breakfast, lunch (at the pizza cafe) and dinner (Chinese restaurant on the top floor), food was good too. We also tried the massage at the hotel, which was good too.

I have never been more impressed by a hotel. The location, styling, cleanliness and rooms exceeded expectations. The location is between the Macau border and the sea. This hotel cannot be beat and will continue to be my top choice in Zhuhai.

clean and good service, nice location，sufficient hot water supply, but if you get sweat easily, better to get a summer sleeping pyjama with you at night.

I arrived in Zhuhai via High Speed train from Guangzhou South. It took me about 1/2 hour to get here because there are so many blockades near the train station and I wasn't sure where I was going. Now I know and the walk is about 10 minutes. A manager was called to help at my check-in, maybe because the clerk hadn't done a foreigner before, but than and throughout the trip, staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The swim pool and laundry are on the 5th floor, so on my last day, I put clothes in the wash machine and the clerk came and showed me how and where to pour soap and softener, then recommended the 15 minute cycle. After my swim, clothes were washed but all 3 dryers were busy. The clerk came and offered to do the transfer, drying, folding and bring them to my room. That she did. I was on the 16th floor with a nice view of Macau and the the bay with the new roadway to Hong Kong. One small negative: as I like flexibility in my dining, I didn't include and=y meals in my reservation. When I decided to try the Thai restaurant, she checked my room key and got flustered that I hadn't pre-paid. She seemed to not know what to do, so I went to my favorite hotel eatery, the Capri Pizzeria and bar. The place is gourmet dining with a great choice of dishes, including pizzas, and drinks. I had a Guiness Stout with every meal. It was so good, I even extended my stay.

Our family spend over 5 days in this hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very huge and comfortable for 3 pax. They were complimentary fruits and other beverage. They was also pool and laundry but was not able to use them. There are a lot of restaurants in the hotel itself, the Chinese restaurant in 22F is good. The highlight was the delivery robot that delivers until your door

The hotel is near to the bus station. The room is spacious with delicious breakfast. Value for money and I will strongly recommend this hotel to young couples for sightseeing.

The hotel is situated very near the beach of Zhuhai. Staff are tentative to services. Breakfasts are superb with a selection of Chinese and international dishes.

Staff is so friendly and hotel is very clean. Breakfast space is a bit small but food is great. Little bit of western breakfast but overall everything was wonderful

3 minutes walk from the HK Macau Mainland Border crossing and Zhuhai Railway Station for all Soeed trains / trains . Beautiful Rooms , family room has got extra bed and children play toys . Traditional ambience with all modern amenities. Beautiful Swimming pool, yes v didn’t had time splash water. It was a business trip . From Bangalore India.
