Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel (Gongbei Port High Speed Rail Station Store)

We booked 4 none smoking rooms , but only given 2 none smoking rooms , front desk very bad attitude, reason given was due to long weekend holiday, no more room available! Can’t accept the explain ! Breakfast selection was bad, not much selection and packed and badly organised the seating ! I will not recommend anyone to stay here , unless you want to macao !

Amazing place! Definitely best place to stay if you want to go to Macao for a day visit. Beautiful city view 🌟👍 Best recommendation!

The facilities in the room and service are good but there are no seats for guest at lobby when check in time

The reception service was not very good. They didn't inform the customer that drinks in the fridge would be charged, and the sink/toilet had an unpleasant smell.

Location is extremely convenient for travelling within Zhuhai, nearby Macau and Hong Kong. Gongbei port is just 10 minutes walk. A shopping mall is directly under this hotel. Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel. Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc. Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all. Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. Hope they address the problem avoid impacting the next guest(s).

Location convenient, near eateries underground shops n macau border. Room is clean n staff are polite n helpful
