先説缺點，入住當天前台去吃飯了，前台衹有一個保安坐着，讓我們等着，等前台吃完飯來給我們開房，差點沒把我氣死…房間和服務，確實還行，挺乾淨的，有問題也能及時解決，地理位置不錯，離高鐵站步行15分鐘左右，方便。

在諸暨住了一晚上，萬楓這個標準還是很不錯的，衞生很乾凈，前台服務水準很高，停車進出都很方便，早餐還是很好吃的，麪條🍜，米線，餛飩都有，味道還不錯，其他麪包🍞，點心，咖啡，酸奶，水果配置很齊全。非常不錯！
