小區好停車，環境也比較整潔。房子比較乾淨。空調都是新的。唯一的就是客廳沒有空調。其他都挺好。

小區靜謐、停車方便，房間整潔、風格時尚，房東熱情、用品周全。夜間入住後房東及時外賣送來飲用水和抽紙，很貼心，謝謝。三間房都是雙人床，軟硬適中非常舒服；衞生間和洗漱間乾濕分離互不干涉，洗漱水即時加熱，方便實用。淡季價格性價比極高，希望下次來淄博還能住此處。

房間很大，很適合家庭出遊，有3個房間。民宿在居民小區裏，能看出來是房東自己的房子，所以很温馨，在這個價位裏還是很划算的。房東人很熱情，全自主入住，比較安全。房子後面的停車位很充足。周圍商圈比較方便，去八大局也就2公里多。

民宿的空間很寬敞，是套房的形式，客廳的簡約風與卧室的温馨風很得我心，特別是那寬敞的大浴室，早有日出，晚有落霞，位置真的很不錯，房東很熱情，準備了這種一次性物品，還給了合適的旅遊攻略。推薦給大家哦

入駐比較晚了，房東也很耐心幫我們安排入住，小區樓下就能停車，雖然是老小區，但裝修的很不錯，很舒服很温馨~
