Because I couldn't check in due to something, I called customer service to check out. It took at least half a minute for the customer service to answer the phone. His attitude was very bad. He said that it was not a big deal to refund such a small amount of money like 30 yuan. If it was such a small amount, why would he refund my money? In the end, he said that he was just helping and asked me to find the boss. When I asked for his phone number, he said that the boss was very busy and didn't care about it. He hung up on me.
