"If you're looking for a 5-star bunker with a designer reception, whirlpool, five-course menu, exclusive breakfast buffet, and a secluded location on the edge of the forest, this isn't the place for you. The hotel is located at a roundabout, opposite a disco, and there's a pub downstairs, which was quite noisy on the weekend (when we were there). This might be because our room faced the roundabout; it should be quieter at the back. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the price is very reasonable. Since we had to leave early, breakfast was even served for us at 6:30, which isn't something you get everywhere. As mentioned, the location is central, and the food in the evening was also delicious. A rating of "satisfactory" doesn't do it justice; unfortunately, it can't be rated "very good" either because of the noise from the room. "Good" would be more accurate."

"Although not everything is bad here, this hotel seems to be stuck in an era that has long gone. The mattresses are extremely thin, cleanliness is a big issue, the rooms are not cleaned during your stay, breakfast is served in a hot cafeteria like environment and service is extremely slow. In addition, the temperature of the (hot) water constantly fluctuates and there is no shower curtain : floods guaranteed ! At last, they request advance payment, which is such a sign of distrust that you really do not feel welcome here. And I would accept all these disadvantages if the hotel would cost 1000 CZK / night, but in reality the price is more than double. For the amount you pay here, you will find a beautiful hotel in the centre of Znojmo with friendly staff and clean rooms. Don't hesitate !"
