"Very, very poor service. As our ferry was cancelled and we were forced to leave one day earlier (after staying and paying for 2 weeks), we asked at the reception if we could have a refund for one night. She checked back with the management and told us on the next day that management approved and she only needs us to hand in the cancellation and our bank data per email. After doing so immediately, nothing happened. We asked again after 2 weeks and they told us the manager was on vacation for 3 more days and she needed to sign. So we waited 2 more weeks and asked. The manager was "still on vacation". We asked again after 2 months and they simply started ghosting us. If this is how you treat guests of several weeks then this is just poor. Mind you, 11 months have passed by and we never saw a refund. Then why did you approve in the first place? Sorry but never coming back as there is no integruity at this place. they "solve" problems by ignoring their guests."

"كان لدينا وقت محب في Pinarello. الفندق كان نظيفا بشكل جميل وكانت الغرفة التي كنا بحاجة فقط. كان الموظفون مذهلة - لم تكن هناك مشكلة أي شيء وتم التعامل مع كل ما طلبناه مع فعالية هادئة. الإفطار كان أكثر من رائع ، كان هناك الكثير من الطعام لتناول الإفطار. ذات يوم غادرنا في وقت مبكر لرحلة بالقارب. تم إعداد سيارتنا في فاليه واحتجازنا وكان لدينا إفطار مغطى. تم حفظ الواجهة الشاطئية نظيفة والمناشف الطازجة على الشرفة كانت فاخرة إلى حد ما. ليس عطلة رخيصة ولكن تستحق ما فيه الكفاية!"

"We stayed in a small house on the slope cca 150 metres from reception. Kitchen well equipped. View from terrace was beatifull and we enjoy calm place. The area is perfect for those who wants to escape from holiday noise. The beach is good for swimming."

"Feel of an upscale campground, with big swimming pool, very good restaurant that serves delicious chargrilled steaks and comfortable individual lodges. We quite enjoyed our stay, tucked away from Zonza yet easily accessible. Room is clean, equipped with a small fridge and safety deposit box. Poblem is with wifi which is only present around lobby and restaurant area but at snail slow speed."
