Grand Miao Resort

This time we booked two king-size rooms and a twin room. The hotel upgraded the two king-size rooms to king-size rooms with balcony view for free, which was super nice. After two nights of stay, I felt the relaxation and purification of Wujiang Village. It was worth the trip, and I am looking forward to staying a few more days in this paradise next time!

The hotel is located in the scenic area, just a few minutes' walk from the central scenic area, which is very convenient. The hotel staff is very good and will take the initiative to help with luggage, elevator, etc. The hotel's breakfast is quite exquisite and tastes very good. The hotel room is not very big. I compared the hotel before choosing it. The rooms in the entire scenic area are not big.

Miaowang's location and service are excellent. All questions are answered and all requests are met. The balcony can see the whole scenic area and the performances. I was hesitant about Mushan before, and I found that I made the right choice. It is worth staying

A very disappointing scenic spot and hotel! The hotel is inside Wujiang Village. The room can directly see the core scenic spot of the village and the terraced performance, but it is a bit far away and can't hear the sound. The performance is not very clear, but you can hear the singing of the resident band in the room at night. There is a big problem with the hotel. It was not until we arrived at the scenic spot that we were told that the hotel did not actually have a separate parking lot for tourists staying in the hotel. Guests cannot drive directly to the hotel and can only share the parking lot with the hotel and the scenic spot. Due to the May Day holiday, there were many tourists in the scenic area. The parking lot was full very early and no other vehicles were allowed to enter. As a result, we could not park in the parking lot and had to park 3 kilometers away from the parking lot. We called the hotel and hoped that the hotel could send a car to pick us up, because we dragged the luggage and brought the children. The sun was 34℃ and the distance was so far, and we were afraid that the children would get heatstroke. The hotel staff who answered the phone said that they didn't know either, and asked the shuttle bus driver to contact us. As a result, we made 3 calls to the hotel and didn't wait for the shuttle bus driver to call back. We had no choice but to drag our luggage to the visitor center to take the shuttle bus. We walked for about 50 minutes under the sun. When we arrived at the visitor center, we found an accommodation office (it was then that I realized that the hotels in the village were managed by the visitor center). I gave feedback to the staff there, saying that you should inform the tourists who come to stay in advance that the hotel has no parking lot and they have to go to the visitor center to park, or specially open up parking spaces for the hotel (after all, tourists staying in the village have to carry a lot of luggage) to facilitate tourists to go to the visitor center to take the shuttle bus. As a result, the staff at the visitor center who handled accommodation had a poor service attitude. They kept accusing us of not understanding the check-in process. I was speechless. This was my first time here. You didn't give us any advance warnings, and there were no signboards on the roadside. Moreover, you didn't apologize at all for the fact that we walked for 50 minutes with our luggage under the scorching sun. You looked like a state-owned enterprise employee who said, "You can stay if you want, or forget it if you don't." The low service ability is completely inconsistent with the room price of Miaowang. Having written this, I am once again disappointed with the Wujiang Village scenic area and the Miaowang Hotel. The price/performance ratio is very low. I will not come again next time, nor will I recommend it to my friends.
