Hotels in Suzhou Road/Shidai Tianjie, Zunyi

 Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients.

I stayed for two days, the environment was very good, the breakfast was rich. Especially the service attitude was very good. I was a relatively troublesome guest. I could do things like changing rooms, washing clothes, and asking the cleaning staff for things, but they still helped me with a good attitude. Thank you.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the snack street and night market. The front desk service is warm, polite, responsive, and proactively upgraded the room. The room is large, not only with welcome fruits, but also free drinks at the Mini Bar. There are also delicious late-night beef noodles, chicken noodles, beef noodles, etc. to enjoy. The breakfast is rich, delicious and fresh, with many varieties and long opening hours (7 am to 12 pm). There is even a special oven to supply sweet baked sweet potatoes. Afternoon tea must be booked in advance; special cocktails are located in the executive lounge on the right side of the lobby. A very satisfying stay experience, I felt the hospitality and service spirit of Zunyi during the New Year!

I watched a video about Zunyi on B station and booked a ticket right away. The hotel is very close to the high-speed railway station, about 20 minutes by taxi. It is also not far from the meeting site, the Martyrs Cemetery and the Great Turning Point Theater. It is very convenient overall. There is a mutton noodle restaurant nearby that is delicious. The hotel facilities are not too new but they are cleaned very well. If you go back a little late at night, you can still get food delivered. I am very satisfied

I said it was too noisy and I wanted to rest in the afternoon. Can I change to another room? The front desk said that because I brought a dog, I was arranged to the innermost 230. I think this is a different treatment, because I brought a dog, so my room is the noisiest? ? ? I originally booked the hotel for pet-friendly, I was very angry at the time, I made it clear that my dog ​​would not bark, and then I was changed to another room. I have stayed in various high-end hotels in Sichuan with my dog, and this is the first time I have heard such a reason. Room facilities: Generally speaking, it is not bad, the room area is okay, the washbasin is large enough, and the shelf in the bathroom is a bit easy to hit the back. In addition, the decoration of the hotel, the door needs to be pushed and pulled manually, which is a bit low-grade. In addition, the parking matter, it is quite troublesome to call the front desk every time you go in and out. I am also from Zunyi, and I also hope that the tourism industry in my hometown will get better and better

The season style is very comfortable! Very exquisite room, this is the whole season of the smallest room. The so-called garden room is just a small glass room on the terrace! Not a garden. The waiter's service awareness and attitude need to be improved. It is really uncomfortable to chase the guests for meal tickets and the experience is very poor! There is no paper towel on the dining table, and it is really served! In short, this is the worst season I have ever lived in!

The environment is poor. At first, there is a room with a place that is directly rough. Later, change the room directly with lights and these are all outside. The service is still very good. In addition to the location, it is worth the price. Other feelings are similar to more than 100 hotels.
