貼心送了紀念日蛋糕，感覺很暖心。就是酒店沒有停車場，停車要停公共停車場，沒有代客泊車，也沒有門僮幫忙提行李，不太方便；酒店除了房間和一個西餐廳，基本沒有其他設施，性價比不高。

The Ambassador is a newly renovated hotel just off the lake in Zurich. Old town and shopping just minutes away. Train station and tour busses a 30-minute walk Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. WiFi didn't work but got a passcode for the business WiFi instead. Television also had some issues (kept rebooting). But, we chalk that up to a new place. Everything else was great!

We had a nice experience at Ambassador Hotel Zurich. We had two rooms (one a suite) and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quite small, but comfortable and a very helpful staff. The location is excellent: 2 blocks from the lake and close to many restaurants and cafes. We would stay there again should we be in Zurich

Perfect location: trains, streetcars, boats… 20 minutes from the airport. if you need to get somewhere, this is the place — but why go anywhere, lovey neighbor chock-full of restaurants and shops and a few yards to the lake. The hotel is across the street from the stage door of the opera house… watch your favorite diva come and go. And let me say this clearly, this is one of the best darn reception and front of house crews ever. I interacted with four different folks and each was helpful, happy, joyful, and kind… just darn amazing. Sabrina and Ana are stars, as are all of them including the attached restaurant Silk. The Hotel is attractive with a mix of old and new. The room was very clean, nicely appointed. AND THE WINDOWS OPEN, praise be. As the Zürich air is wonderful wunderbar. Check the Hilton website for deals - prices go up and down. Would I stay here again, absolutely.

We are honored to write a glowing review for Julius, our server at dinner at the beautiful Ambassador Hotel in Zürich. We enjoyed excellent service and were so surprised to hear that Julius was new to the hotel because he was very attentive, kind, and professional, and made our experience so lovely! Thank you, Julius for making our evening so special! It was the perfect end to our stay and we hope to be back sometime soon! If you have the pleasure of staying at the Ambassador Hotel, we highly recommend having a meal or a drink at the Silk Restaurant and Bar and asking for Julius! It’s also worth mentioning that the beds and pillows were heavenly and we had a great sleep! All staff were so wonderful! Deanna & Paul Poste

This hotel was a wonderful find. Charming, cosy rooms that are luxuriously equipped, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Wifi was fast and useful, overall very great environment in which to get work done. My room opened out onto a beautiful view of the street, with a terraced, open view, and had automated blackout shutters. The breakfast and cafe is urbane, sophisticated and impressive with a classic 1940s vibe. The staff is so kind and eager to help. Great hotel with a small boutique feel in a central location. I would love to stay here again the next time I am in town on business.
