Prime location and good services

So bad room,scam photos to get orders,shortage cable of TV,broken wall wall outlet,no lift.musty smell,ants inside room,no any clean and room-service in two nihgts.shame on you!you room makes me sick.垃圾房间，设施很差,照骗，没有电梯，电视线短缺，墙插破裂，房间有蚂蚁，两天没有任何清扫客房服务。携程请下架这“照骗”房间！

A good solution when being busy all day in the city

房間很大，有廚具，方便做飯。

La verdad que desde el principio no ha ido bien la cosa pues el código que me dieron para entrar a la habitación no funcionaba, para solucionarlo tuve que hacer una llamada internacional y gastarme dinero para solucionarlo puesto que no tengo número suizo. Me terminaron dando una habitación que para nada era la que yo vi mostrada en los anuncios. Ventanas rotas y los cubre ventanas para tapar el sol fotos y estaban sujetos con bolsas de plástico, por lo tanto da igual si era de día o de noche en la habitación estabas a oscuras puesto que estaba siempre cerrado, televisión con el mando sin pilas, y para colmo cuando voy a dejar el apartamento camino del aeropuerto, la cerradura se rompe quedando atrapado en el apartamento. Tuve que esperar 45 min y casi pierdo mi vuelo. Total una mala malísima experiencia. No me quejé porque eran solo dos noches, no quería malgastar mi energía y estresarme.

It was not a good room at all. The balcony was broken, and it was cold in the room from night till morning. The radiator and TV were not available, and there was no trash can in the bathroom. There was a constant sound of the bathtub drain being clogged, and the entry code was not sent. You had to ring for a long time to get an answer.

الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة لتسجيل الوصول. ومع ذلك، يكون الجو حارًا بعض الشيء هذا الموسم بدون تكييف.

الموقع جيد جدًا، فهو يقع على بعد 15 دقيقة سيرًا على الأقدام من محطة قطار زيوريخ و25 دقيقة من البلدة القديمة. أما بالنسبة للمرافق، تجربتي لم تكن إيجابية جداً. لقد حجزنا غرفة مزدوجة بسرير مزدوج ووجدنا سريرين مفردين يغرقان وينفصلان، ما لم يبقى كل منهما على جانبه. وسائد النوم ناعمة جدًا وصغيرة الحجم، ولا توجد وسائد. أما بالنسبة للنظافة فيمكن تحسينها. عند وصولنا كان هناك شعر على السرير، بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان علينا غسل الأطباق وأدوات المائدة وأدوات المطبخ قبل استخدامها لأن الكثير منها كان به بقع العفن والطماطم، وكانت الأرضية لزجة..

من الأفضل وضع كيفية الوصول إلى الفندق وكيفية الحصول على المفتاح مسبقًا، حيث تلقيت بريدًا إلكترونيًا لكلمة مرور المفتاح بعد الاتصال.

Would like a refund, it was so gross, didn't look like what I paid for overall. It felt unsafe and the room was so gross I couldn't even lay down in the bed no a good choice so expensive too

Um den Keycode zu bekommen musste ich mehrfach telefonieren da die E-Mail nicht ankam. In der Unterkunft war einer der Rollläden kaputt und konnte nicht hochgezogen werden. Daher sehr dunkel im Zimmer. Im Bad war keine Glühbirne in der Fassung, ich musste mit offener Tür und dem Licht aus dem Zimmer duschen. Bei offenen Fenstern in der Nacht ziemlich laut da an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Sauberkeit war gut.

Good location and good price for Zürich, just ok First I have to mention we were there during a heat wave, without that the stay would have been more pleasant. Our studio was on the top floor, so it was really hot. There is no air conditioning, which I knew, but also the shutters on one of the windows were permanently shut, so we could not create a draft to cool down during the night. Some of the other apartments had balconies, so I assume they had better options for airing out. There is a cute little patio at the back of the house, but we did not stay long enough to use it. The Apartment was facing the busy street with the tram, so it was kind of noisy, since we had to have the windows open. The apartment is very functional, but a bit worn. Everything was clean, this is Switzerland, but there was no love in the place, just functionality. Getting the key with the automated system worked great and was very easy, good instructions. Zürich is extremly expensive, so we were glad we found this place so conveniently located, but for the same amount of money in Hamburg, I stayed at a very nice hotel.

싱크대가 막혀있습니다. 그리고, 세면대 물이 너무 약하게 나오네요. 여긴 무인운영하는 곳이라 물어볼 곳도 마땅치 않습니다.

When I enter the property, the smell in the room was choking me. I could not open the window or that mental thing in the window. Inside was clean but the smell was terrible. It's very far from the train station and the room was all the way from 4th floor or 5th floor without a lift. Very inconvenient for me , especially if you have a heavy luggage . I left after 20 mins in this room, I wasn't happy at all. I emailed ******* about my experience for this property. I check in to another property which i was satisfied.
