As I mentioned, I’m truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially regarding accessibility, which we take very seriously. Please allow me to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered. I want to assure you again that there was absolutely no intention to hide the lift or make it difficult to access. The curtain was intended purely for aesthetic purposes and not to obscure or diminish the importance of the lift. I understand how this could have been perceived differently, and I regret that it gave the wrong impression. We recognize that the lift may not be ideal for all types of mobility devices, and we are actively reviewing how we can improve the clarity of the information we provide to guests before arrival.
