Nice room. No kettle, coffee or tea. Shared bathroom ok. Very very creaky floors which are a problem at night so it depends what the other guests are up to! The two young staff members in the cafe were super helpful. I’m glad we called prior to arrival so we knew where to go to check in at the cafe.

The hotel is in a good location and is above a restaurant. We did not add the breakfast at the restaurant to our reservation. We ate there once and it was okay. The restaurant people check you in and handle questions. You must request housekeeping when you want it. The room was clean and we had our own clean bathroom in the room. We never book otherwise when we travel. Room was not huge; however, it was what we expected. It was easy to book and checkin. Accessing our room was no problem. We took an Uber many times and did not use the bus system. It was easy walking to the waterfront and train station to catch a tour - about 20 - 25 minutes. Lots of restaurants in the area - The Bank, Pho and Voltshaus were ones we tried. There is a park across the street which appears to be used extensively by homeless people. No issues for us but it is not a place to go and sit and read a book. Overall, good value and glad we booked.

We liked our stylish room very much and had a great stay. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and we slept well. It is close to Volkshaus and in walking distance from Zürich Station. The stuff who also run a cafe is friendly and helpful. We were happy with our choice to stay there.

The room was spacious and comfy. The bathroom was clean and nice. The communication from the property was good. The instruction was clear - we managed to get to our room by ourselves easily although it was dark (we arrived at 11pm). It was a good deal for us since we were just transiting for the night.

Nice place to stay, comfortable, warm and well located. Excellent quality/price ratio, very nice and welcoming staff. Spent only one night, but from now on it will be my reference place in Zurich for business or family visits. Thanks to the team!

We visited with a group of 24 (students and teachers), and everybody was very pleased. The rooms were beautiful, the employees nice, very laid back and flexible enough to offer breakfast to go for everyone cause we had early appointments to attend. Even the matresses were especially mentioned as very comfortable. The booking process for the group was a bit complicated, but always correct, and considering the surprisingly low rates for Zurich at this very central and beautiful location next to a park, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else next time!
