Zurich District 5-Industriequartier Hotels

This hotel is perfectly located just across the road from the Sihqual Bus Terminal, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. I booked a day tour to Grindelwald and Interlaken, and it was an amazing experience (highly recommend!). There’s also a direct bus from the terminal to several famous attractions, which was a huge plus. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, spoke excellent English, and even offered free refreshments in the lobby. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a great shower system, and the soundproof doors and walls ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. With a supermarket and Starbucks right beneath the hotel, it’s one of the best stays I’ve had!

The hotel was great, but trip.com really is useless. Some one pretended to be a worker from this hotel and conducted a fraud. I lost around 100 pounds. Trip.com said they had nothing to do with this, while all my information, like name, phone number, the amount I paid, and the date were all known by the fraud group…

The room was a good size and new, and the location was good. It was close to the train station and the lake. We booked a double bed room, and the front desk gave us two small beds pushed together. Later we went down and were told that we had booked a double bed room. , because the price will be a bit more expensive, the front desk said it was a problem with the website and not their hotel. After negotiation later, we were still given a room with a king bed.

The hotel is actually quite far from the central station. If you have to walk for half an hour, it is recommended to buy a Swiss day ticket or something like that and take the tram 🚃 to get to the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel is pretty good overall. It is a bit old and the guest rooms are well maintained. For me personally, the disadvantage is that there is no window that can be opened in the room. It is a whole large piece of glass (cannot be opened). A standard Marriott economy product.

We booked this room because it was low price for a night near the railway station in Zurich. It served its purpose, but lefta lot to be desired. The room itself was so small, it was impossible to outlay contemporary suitcases packed on both sides of the case. No glass for water for or a drink of any kind. The room was in bad repair. A large mirror was falling from its frame behind the door and the bathroom door (made from a chipboard) had been wet and was swelled, warped and smelly. Lobby alcove dingy and felt insecure The bed was good, towels and linen fine. It served its purpose, but I couldn't recommend The self service worked, but not a fan of no one on site. Won't rebook this again.

The room is very big, free upgrade to the 10th floor, free access to the bar to eat and drink. Lucky thanks, it's really a good place to stay in Switzerland, I will choose it next time I go, the breakfast is also good, thumbs up, rich variety, large lobby space, you can unload your luggage

We just have 1 bottle water free in 1 room for for 3 person, even we stayed for 3 night...only in the first night we had 1 bottle water free..We suggest that if posible give 1 bottle water for 1 person everyday/night...and the tissue just 1 box only 1 time for 3 nights staying. Thank's for cooperation The other fasilities is ok..

The hotel is an apartment hotel and cooking utensils are provided in the room. The hotel is about 1 km away from Zurich Station. It takes about 5 minutes by tram. It is also very convenient. The facilities in the room are rather dilapidated. The level of hygiene is acceptable. Personally, I think it’s also an option for budget travelers.
