Some information may have been translated by Google Translate

Singapore, a blend of diverse cultures, invites you to join a vibrant cooking class, unlock the essence of Southeast Asian flavors in the garden city, and embark on a colorful journey on the tip of your tongue.

Course content is diverse: The course lasts about 2-4 hours, and the main features are fried kway teow,Laksa, Hainanese chicken rice, satay and Hainanese pork chop, as well as other foreign cuisines and desserts, you will feel the charm of diversity. Students will make 6-8 signature dishes by themselves in one class, and they can also receive exquisite recipes after graduation. It is simple and easy to understand, and you can easily make it at home and continue the delicious memory.

Most of the chefs who teach the course have international backgrounds, have traveled around the catering industry in various countries, are experienced, or are born and raised in the local area, with authentic recipes passed down from generation to generation, and are experienced. They use interactive teaching, share global food concepts, and customize courses according to students' preferences to ensure in-depth learning. Some can also choose to make it alone or in a team of people

Full range of facilities: The cooking area is clean, spacious and bright.Equipped with advanced tools and utensils, each student has an independent operation table and a full set of professional cooking tools. The ingredients are selected from local or global sources, fresh and diverse, with wonderful flavors.

Take the opportunity to experience cooking classes in Singapore. With mixed-race courses, international teachers, urban facilities and meticulous teaching, you will master Nanyang cuisine and leave a deep impression on your taste buds.Start a food dissemination journey, bring the taste of Lion City to everywhere, and enjoy the fun and sense of accomplishment of cooking.

Changi Airport Terminal 1 transit area

Because of the covid pandemic, many of the world airport has a huge decrease in passenger and Singapore airport is one of those deeply affected as we do not have a domestic market. Recently I travelled out of Singapore through the terminal 1. Most of the stores are opening later than the old timing and there isn't much choice of food before 10am as compared to before. There's still many luxury stores available, such as Burberry, Hermes, Gucci and Bvlgari should you need a last minute gift shopping for someone special :) Afraid of being bored during the flight? No worries! There are bookstores around for you to pick up a book to read in-flight if that's your thing. I also spy alot of Singapore local snacks that tourist can purchase back as gifts. There's plenty of green garden designed in the transit area and you can choose to relax there. #moreinsg

Imperial Soup (Velocity @ Novena Square)

#moreinsg - Chinese Herbal Soup Anyone ? Address - Velocity @ Novena Square, 238 Thomson Rd, #03-47 (within Cookhouse by Koufu) Singapore, 307683 Operating Hours - 11:00AM - 08:50PM Monday - Sunday (Daily) Ambiance/Facilities - Cosy foodcourt, airconditioned seating Highlights - Chinese Herbal Soups, Pig Trotters and more Avg. Price per Person - From $8.00 up Rating - 3.8 / 5 Novena Square Feature Series - 18 This new Imperial Soup stall is located at the right side of Cookhouse by Koufu @ level 3 of Velocity side, just near True Fitness and FIght Zone. Herbal soups have gained popularity over the recent years with more people looking for healthy and nutritious food, and you see more such stalls opening up at food courts and hawker centres. After hearing all the hype from fellow gym members about this stall, I decided to check them out and ordered : - Signature Fish Maw with Pig Stomach Chicken Soup @ $8.80 Their signature dish. The soup was hot and the pork stomach was slow cooked until soft and tender. The sliced fish maw was chewy enough. The wolfberry also added a nice touch to the soup. Add light soya sauce if you need more flavour. Unfortunately too much overcooked chicken (they are part of the slow cooked soup), would have been more worth wide if there's more fish maw and stomach. - HK Signature Pork Trotters with Ginger and Vinegar @ $8.00 What my mom ate. The sauce was a bit too rich and sweet though and there were two braised eggs. Wished there were more trotters than lean meat parts given. Overall, so so bah. Remember there's cut chilli padi and dark soya sauce as condiments if you require. Rice will be at an additional 50cts per bowl. Give them a try if you are into herbal soups. Expect a queue during peak hours. Note : The foodcourt also has stalls offering economy rice, dim sum, mala hotpot, Thai food as well as Western meals too. Heavenly Wang at T4

Heavenly Wang at T4

#wheretogo There are a few dining options at Changi Airport Terminal 4 however we chose heavenly wang cause I wanted milk tea (Teh C ice) and a filling meal that’s not food court. We felt that this was the best option since our flight was 11am and we land at 1pm and can’t grab any bite since we had book airport transfer in Da Nang. We ordered a chicken set that’s not spicy, and a toast bread set with half boil eggs with our drinks. Which was just right for the both us to not get too overwhelmed by food from the flight.

Great Classy Short Retreat at Oakwood!

Great Classy Short Retreat at Oakwood!

This Oakwood has been on my radar since my staycay binge started, then a recent Trip.com promo triggered that impulse and my booking was done fast & furious for yet another weekday stay. Check In – Arriving to an empty Oakwood bell desk on a weekday late morning, I took the lift to level 7 where the lobby is located. The space was completely empty when I arrived and was attended to by Nicole who was all smiley efficiency. S Room – My Studio King (28-32 SqM), Room 3110, was really quite nice! The split function layout made the space feel bigger than it is. You’ll see a kitchenette which contains your mini bar, nespresso coffee and tea bags, as well as a fully equipped stock of glassware and cutleries etc, then your bedroom which contains a huge hollywood king (2 super single beds pushed together) which was just the right amount of softness for me, alongside 2 bedside tables and lights control. Opposite the bed is a chilling daybed and coffee table, a WFH set up of bench table + chair, as well as a non-smart TV. The bathroom is a tight space – fully adequate for a short stay though. A single sink with limited countertop space adjacent to the toilet, and then your shower stall on the other end. Toiletries are Comfort Zone’s Mediterranean series which was not too bad. Breakfast – My stay straddled the return of Phase 2 Heightened Alert and my breakfast the next morning was impacted unfortunately. Due to the no dine- in rule, in-house guests with breakfast included in their package are invited to order and collect their breakfast at their restaurant, Se7enth , located at level 7 from 6:30am – 10:00am. The items to be packed into your boxes are on display presuming so you can see or pick & choose if you like. Facilities – Both the Fitness Centre and the Pool are located on level 7 and you meander your way through a short walkway to them. This space is also where the Executive Lounge is which would have been quite nice on normal days. Great Stay! #hotelstay#urbanexplorer

Lebanese Food at Tabbouleh

Location - Tabbouleh Address - 54 Bussorah Street, Singapore 199470 Ambiance/Facilities - Great Lebanese interior deco Highlights - Great food and location is near Haji Lane Avg. Price per Person - $30 Rating - 5 stars A great place for middle eastern food. My partner and I went for a casual lunch and decided to try something different after strolling along Haji Lane. We chanced upon Tabbouleh and decided to give it a try. We had the Mezza Platter and Shish Tawouk for sharing. The food far exceeded our expectations and it was really great. We enjoyed them and will definitely be back here for more in the future! The location is great as well. It is right at Haji Lane and next to the Sultan Mosque. You could even stroll around and get some shopping done after the meal. #summervacation#urbanexplorer
