Detailed guide to East Suburb Memory||East Suburb Memory is an international fashion industry park that has been redeveloped from the former site of the state-owned Hongguang Electron Tube Factory, with a focus on 'fashion design and music art as the twin pillars of development' East Suburb Memory is known as 'China's West End of London' and is a national 4A-level tourist attraction 🗺️Location: East Suburb Memory (northeast corner), No. 4 Construction South Branch Road, Chenghua District, Chengdu City 🅿️Self-driving parking: You can navigate to the underground parking lot of East Suburb Memory's east gate 🚈Public transportation: 8 minutes walk from Exit B1 of East Suburb Memory Station on Metro Line 8 Opening hours: All day Tickets: Free, it is recommended not to go on weekends, it's really crowded 👔Dress: Retro, workwear, street, artistic, cool Internet celebrity check-in (📷It's advised to go early for check-in photos, otherwise it's very crowded): The red brick wall with the big 'Chengdu' characters at the North Second Gate Train head square, 'East Suburb Memory' platform The big love heart and next to the traffic lights there's also a big dog (I didn't go because I'm afraid of dogs) Near the south gate, take industrial style photos near the chimney pipes The large lawn at the West Gate camping square There are many coffee shops☕️, bars, cultural and creative shops, trendy brand shops, vintage clothing shops, restaurants, theaters🎦, and art galleries in the park Suggestions + Personal feelings: If you just want to take photos and check in, it's better to go early, otherwise, you'll have to queue My personal feeling is that there's not much to play with, the commercial atmosphere is strong, and once you've walked down the main street, there's not much left. If it's on the way, you can visit cultural and creative shops, trendy brand shops, vintage clothing shops, etc. to feel the vibe of trendy people, but I don't recommend making a special trip

Kuan Xiangzi Alley 宽窄巷子

Kuan Xiangzi Alley 宽窄巷子 (Kuan Xiangzi Alley) or Narrow Wide Alley is a must-visit tourist spot in Chengdu. It has an old atmosphere and is full of Chinese culture. Stroll through the market, enjoy food and shopping, taste Chinese tea, and Chinese snacks. PopMart is beautifully decorated with many items and has great photo spots. ⏰ Open from 09:00 – 22:00. 🚇 How to get there: Take metro line 4 to Kuanzhai Xiangzi Station, Exit B.

Getting There - You can take a bus, subway, taxi, walk or cycle to this alley. Make sure you have your green code ready! Attractions - There are so many cool photographic spots all the way down the alley. It’s meant to be a creative alley so you will find many people taking pictures and shooting videos. Hotels - available all around the area not sure about in the alley though. Food & Restaurants - There are plenty of souvenir shops and local snack stores. We actually walked passed a mini bar in the middle of the road which was cool to see. There are lots of fruit and juice bars along the way too.

#timetotravel Taikoo Li in Chengdu is a high end outdoor shopping area but there are also lots of cafes and restaurants. You will surely love it here if you are into luxury window shopping and dining in nice restaurants. Just expect to pay more than usual. This place is where we see all of those fashionable people we see on short videos on tiktok. Whenever I come here, I always make sure that I look good because I always feel like I am underdressed. I guess people who come here tend to clothed nicely as the place screams high end. This place is really attractive to tourists too as it is near to the famous Panda Mall (IFS) . Enjoy your visit! Enjoy a vacation without leaving Chengdu!

- We found a great place in Chengdu last weekend. The Christmas spirit is already in the air here 🎄 There are shiny decorations and tall Christmas trees everywhere. The kids loved riding the Christmas train 🚂 We chose the aviation-themed family room for our stay. The kids were immediately drawn to the airplane ✈️ elements in the room. They were so excited and started running around and playing. The room was big enough for our family of four! In the afternoon, we sat around the fireplace with the kids, drinking tea and chatting, enjoying some family time. There is also a heated pool, so you can swim in the warm water even in winter. The dinner buffet had everything from fresh seafood to delicious desserts, and even a Chengdu-style hot pot! The kids took their little plates and wandered around the food stations, picking out their favorite foods and eating with relish. We had a fun weekend without leaving Chengdu! It was great! -

#hotelstaycation There's clearly a distinction between a hotel 🏨 experience and a home 🏡 experience; and in my exploration of numerous hotels in China - The Langbo Chengdu is truly a homey feel. It comes under Unbounded collections of Hyatt group, and they do stand true to that category. I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast in Chengdu than the beef noodles 🍜 with bamboo 🎍 shreds in it. No wonder Miriam Yeung came to check in here 👍🏻 Their hot pot base is really delicious, The new store on Chunxi Road just opened, and many people are already lining up.
