The bathroom was very simple without any shampoo or shower gel provided which was different from the description on booking. There was no one at the reception and you have to do the check-in and check-our by yourself. Can't expect too much as it is a hostel.

The location is good. The owner and service staff can communicate in Chinese and their attitude is cordial. Bonus points đ It's clean enough, but the house is quite old, a bit like a hotel converted from a house. The bathroom smelled musty. There is no front desk. After ringing the doorbell and talking to the owner, Hotel Toscana, he will tell you how to check in. I arrived late and was very uneasy. Feeling cheated. If you travel by car, it is inconsistent with the private parking space at our store address. The parking space in front of the store belongs to someone else and is not accessible. The parking space is at another address, hotel toscana. I was notified until I rang the doorbell.

The front desk clerk was very good and there was no comment in the comments. Because a person came out to travel, so I booked the cheapest single room in Wengen, and there is a private bathroom cost-effective. Downstairs is the restaurant, the normal Western food price, but a large share, I feel that if two people order a staple food plus side dishes. 200 meters away from the train station, Wengen is very small, so the accommodation is actually very convenient to the train station. For breakfast, there is a restaurant downstairs, 12 Swiss francs, but it is not bad.

Interlaken is very close to the West Station, with convenient transportation. The house is also beautiful, with a large kitchen on the first floor. If I had known, I would have stayed here for a few more days to radiate the surrounding areas.

Very satisfied, very satisfied, very satisfied, very satisfied. The surrounding scenery is so beautiful on sunny days, it is like a fairy tale world. It has a more real Swiss countryside feeling than the popular Grindelwald. It is just that you need to drive a section of mountain road, which seems a bit high and long, but it is worth it. The pictures are all taken without filters, and the breakfast is also good~

The staff was very polite and willing to answer questions and taught me how to get to the city center by car,
Apartments are not far from the tourist area. If you take the car for about 6 minutes, the shift of the car is also very dense, but because the house is near the suburbs, it is inevitable that some small insects will enter the room because they are on the light.

The view from the window is very nice. The staff are very nice as well. But the room suffers from the noise from other rooms. If people come back late or wake up early you can hear their movements and talks. I was waked up in the early morning. But what more you can expect in this price.

There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the boss is very good. Very good location. Very close to Jungfrau. It is also very convenient on foot. There is a supermarket nearby.

Lovely place to stay, not too far from INTERLAKEN OST but bus timings can be long ~ but still walkable to interlaken ost. During my stay couldnât find any places to eat or buy groceries nearby but loved the breakfast with such an amazing view. Service is top notch. Will be back if I have the chance again. The price is really affordable given how expensive Switzerland is. Room was made everyday and it was really clean.
I also love how there is free coffee / snacks available for guests at anytime. Thank you for the great service! Lovely and recommended place to stay.
