Second time staying here, the hotel location is good, thumbs up! The largest shopping mall in South Asia is right outside, and it is very convenient to eat! However, many stores close at around 5pm from Monday to Wednesday, Australians who lie flat! Enjoying life is the most important thing!

OMG! This is such an amazing Hotel. I booked a standard room but upon arrival they had upgraded me to a premier room, view was amazing. I had work assignment around the Wyndham area so it was convenient for the location, and the price was reasonable with breakfast included. The parking did come with a fee of $20 per night and the designated area is situated on the 3rd floor (Green Section). Reception is located on the 8th floor but the signage is terrible and if your eye sight isn’t good you have to lean over and read the small print. The room itself was clean with only the basic amenities, Shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash plus lotion. Coffee and Tea was available as well. Bed was on the firm side and the pillow where comfy. An in room safe was also present. Breakfast was superb, a huge variety was present. So sad I had to leave to go home. My highlight was the view and the general atmosphere. I have stayed in another accomodation in the Sanctuary Lakes area where the hygiene and cleanliness has been appalling. This will definitely be my first choice should I visit Wyndham again. My regret here is that I didn’t take any photo’s.

Checked-in was done smoothly. There’s onsite parking available. Only concern is we need to lug our heavy luggages up the staircase. Thank God, it was only one floor up. A bit of noise from the traffic, as our room was facing the main road. However, we loved the room; nice, spacious, sofa, comfy bed, well equipped with microwave oven, toaster, jug kettle and varieties of option for tea and coffee. Housekeeping was done daily! Location wise: Easy access to nearby Gardens and Art Gallery. Can easily walk around if you do not want to drive. Will definitely recommend friends to stay here if they’re in Geelong!

Super clean and modern room. Really liked the bed - soft and comfy. The hotel definitely has its own vibe, which is great! One of the receptionists was weird though. Instead of answering my questions she just smiled widely and laughed every time. Felt creepy to be honest.

Very nice atmosphere that really make you feel like you are on a holiday. Bump into a wedding ceremony when I checked in. Staff was friendly. However there are no free parking even staying with the hotel. I like the view from the window.

We drove back to the city from the Great Ocean Road. The hotel is located in the city center, with a well-developed free tram network around. The rooms are new and the service is very good. The breakfast has few varieties but high quality. Two double bed rooms are stress-free for a family of three. If you don't want to rush, you can take 2-3 days of Melbourne city walk to cover all the attractions in the city.

The location is perfect. Lots of eateries and shops around. Great view. Room was clean and staff were amazing. Two of the window latches and the ice cube tray were broken. Otherwise it was great. By the way, I am still waiting for the pre-authorised deposit back. Read some reviews that can be difficult or take long to get that back, hopefully it will not be this case as I really wanna book this hotel again.

GGuest UserWe arrived Melbourne at about 23:00 and will be leaving for a 08:30 flight the next morning. The good thing is the hotel is very close to the airport but it's a bit hard to find the entrance. Hotel room is clean and the front-desk staff is very helpful.

GGuest UserThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

GGuest UserThe shoebox room is a good pick if you are looking for a cheaper option with a private bathroom (although it is a very small bathroom). Further on the bathroom size, there is minimal space, and if you are taller or larger, you will find it very difficult to manoeuvre around it, with the sink being about 6 inches long and 2 inches wide. Although it says hair conditioner is provided, it is actually not, and the front desk had confirmed that trip.com has not updated it accordingly. It is worth noting that there is no microwave in the room, but you are able to go to the front desk if you need to warm food. There is always someone at the front desk 24/7 as well. The walls are also quite thin and not at all soundproof, so pray that you do not have noisy neighbours or spill any secrets in a loud manner. Very convenient location in Docklands with free city trams almost right outside and the Southern Cross railway station less than a 10 minute walk away. If you are coming from the airport, a SkyBus is available that comes directly to the Southern Cross station and is a much cheaper option than a cab, especially if you are solo or packing light.

GGrey~HedgeThe hotel is in a perfect location next to train and tram stops. Very friendly staff and room is clean. Room has complimentary tea and coffee. Just there are 5 stair cases in front to enter the hotel. A pleasant stay. Cash or card deposit is needed.

GGuest UserLocation: Can be tricky to find the first time as you need to turn onto Cyril Street. Look across the road for the white building with red writing. Check-in: easy and fast. The man on reception is friendly and organised, just a lovely receptionist. There is a bond of $200; be organised and you’ll save your time and the receptionist’s time. You can pay the bond in cash. Parking: great, BUT there are some permanents living there and so you might want to park away from them… you will see immediately where you should not park :) clean parking area. Seemed organised. Room: very clean, comfortable. There are no knives, forks or plates, but there is a kettle and a microwave. Teas coffees, etc. six milk pods, so maybe bring milk if you need more. Really make sure that you close the door properly or it will seem shut, but not actually be shut and will open :) Good curtains in the room that block out the light from outside. I noticed a fair amount of security cameras outside on the walkway, which was reassuring. Fantastic showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed is firm, but I liked it. Would or wouldn’t stay again? Unfortunately, no, not while they are acting as ‘crisis accommodation’. The staff and room were great, but there are some undesirables living there who kept us awake all night. Not exaggerating when I say, did not sleep AT ALL. We were up and down to check on the car - the permanents were screaming, fighting - some real Jerry Springer stuff. I was upstairs and the people next to me had a dog that barked all night, in addition to the couple screaming at each other :/ Downstairs, fighting, screaming constantly. it sounded like something got broken downstairs. A guy on a motorbike kept coming and going, visiting the permanents downstairs and talking super loudly, then more yelling and fighting after he tore off on his bike. I didn’t feel safe; I expected the car to get damaged. I realise those people’s behaviour is not the motel’s fault, but I was so tired the next day that I got a migraine and yeah, still fending it off now, day after. Not impressed with those feral permanents. It’s a shame because the staff and rooms are great

BBee LoongPrepaid S$575.33 for booking a room for 2nights from May 22-24. Front desk charged to my credit card again upon checkout for A$586.16 (S$543.59). He didnt realise the double charge until I brought to his attention. He apologised and reversed the charge, & assured me there wont be a credit card admin fee charged. However, when I received my credit card statement, it shows I was charged S$39.04 being FX & bank fee for the mistake the front desk staff made. I’ve been following up with Sheraton MEL since July 10 on this matter but no news after July 26 when I gave the bank information as requested by Mr Kajal Gaurav to process the refund. Till today Aug 21, I have yet to receive the refund. I have emailed several times to Sheraton but no one is replying. I am still waiting to hear from anyone copied in the email correspondence to provide an explanation and if I will still be receiving $39.04. Meanwhile, I’d still like to thank David, the housekeeping staff, who was extremely helpful during my stay.

TTaralesleyWe had an amazing stay at Quest Flemington Central. Our room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The kitchen was packed with a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all plates, bowls, cups or cutlery we could need. Washer and dryer as well as a balcony, it really was a lovely room, we were very happy! The pool was heated and the roof top view was gorgeous, it was very relaxing and great for a morning or late night dip. Staff were very respectful and accommodating.

GGuest UserRoom is decent, location is good. Do note that bathroom can be semi- see through. Also hotel do not provide in-room slippers. The plus point about the hotel is that they provide body lotion which I really appreciate ! Check-in/out can be slow especially when there is a queue, do be mindful and cater more time for this.

GGuest UserThe hotel had some positive aspects, such as a swimming pool and a central location, which made it convenient for exploring the area. However, we had a frustrating experience with the cleaning service. Despite prior arrangements, the agreed-upon cleaning was only carried out late in the evening after a very lengthy discussion with the staff. This was quite annoying and negatively impacted our stay. While the amenities and location were good, the service needs significant improvement.
