Second time staying here, the hotel location is good, thumbs up! The largest shopping mall in South Asia is right outside, and it is very convenient to eat! However, many stores close at around 5pm from Monday to Wednesday, Australians who lie flat! Enjoying life is the most important thing!

I have put book 2 connecting rooms. One is King size bed the other twin beds. Both rooms are very comfortable. The twin beds are two queen size beds which can accommodate 4 people. Good view of a Yarra river and the old station across the river. Location very convenient as it connected to many different restaurants. I would also recommend using its very nice gym and warm and big swimming pool. Kingpin in the hotel mall (ask the hotel staff) is also recommended for travellers with children and teenagers. Lots of fun as their video games are great, with Laser tag and bowling.

OMG! This is such an amazing Hotel. I booked a standard room but upon arrival they had upgraded me to a premier room, view was amazing. I had work assignment around the Wyndham area so it was convenient for the location, and the price was reasonable with breakfast included. The parking did come with a fee of $20 per night and the designated area is situated on the 3rd floor (Green Section). Reception is located on the 8th floor but the signage is terrible and if your eye sight isn’t good you have to lean over and read the small print. The room itself was clean with only the basic amenities, Shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash plus lotion. Coffee and Tea was available as well. Bed was on the firm side and the pillow where comfy. An in room safe was also present. Breakfast was superb, a huge variety was present. So sad I had to leave to go home. My highlight was the view and the general atmosphere. I have stayed in another accomodation in the Sanctuary Lakes area where the hygiene and cleanliness has been appalling. This will definitely be my first choice should I visit Wyndham again. My regret here is that I didn’t take any photo’s.

Next door to DFO, good location for DFO shopping. 5-10 mins walk to tram which take you to central. House keeping 4 out of 5. Had to call to request basics like water which was not left in the room. Quick service and rectified upon calling. Would stay at this hotel again.

Location is great.  It is about 20km from Melbourne cbd.  With a rental car, we can get to cbd in 30-40 minutes.  Hotel is connected to M-city shopping center.  There are supermarkets and restaurants; thus super convenient.  Parking is provided for $25/day,which I think is a bit expensive. The hotel room and bathroom are both quite spacious and clean.  Wi-Fi is steady.  All in all, en enjoyable stay at Park Royal Monash Melbournehotel.

Whilst the room we had (no 35) was adequate for our needs, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned thoroughly as there was a very old mess of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the lounge area. The curtains need to be fixed and the couch steam cleaned. The rooms look rather tired and perhaps in need of an update.

It was much better than I thought. I was satisfied with the cleanliness, and I didn't use it, but there are microwave ovens, toasters, dryers, and plenty of towels. Rye ocean is right in front of me and there are many good restaurants nearby. I'd like to reserve a place when I visit Sorento again next time.

Beautifully appointed hotel, close to amenities, shopping cafes, theatre/arts centre, cinemas and parks and train station. The Holiday Inn opened recently and is stunning. The rooms are beautiful, the bed, pillows, and linen is superb. The hotel restaurant is excellent and the staff are helpful. There is secure off street parking. Great hotel and I happily recommend to anyone.

The hotel is clean and great location. It's principles are great- communal cooking area and available hydroponic herbs, recycled 'who give s a crap' toilet paper, free coffee in foyer, etc. But it's qualities stop there. The room was small, pokey, didn't have an openable window so no fresh air, the bathroom shower wet all the bathroom floor - unavoidable; the sink was too small to get washed in, and there was no option to have the bed made or linen/towels changed. As an expensive backpacker hostel maybe its ok, as a hotel it just doesn't provide the room you need.

The location is perfect. Lots of eateries and shops around. Great view. Room was clean and staff were amazing. Two of the window latches and the ice cube tray were broken. Otherwise it was great. By the way, I am still waiting for the pre-authorised deposit back. Read some reviews that can be difficult or take long to get that back, hopefully it will not be this case as I really wanna book this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

MMarco Polo The TravellerThis hotel is near the southern cross station which is the destination of the skybus from airport. It’s very convenient to go back and forth to the southern cross station. In CBD, there is a free tram zone in which people have no needa tap on or off their myki card, and the hotel is close to tram stations too. Also, it’s walking distance between the hotel and flinders station/ Lune/ Pidapipó CBD. If you book one day tour, tour guide usually pick you up at Great Southern Hotel, which is next to this hotel. The hotel offers 247 reception. Check-in and Check-out were quick. Body wash and shampoo were provided, but not toothpaste and toothbrush. The room was small but good enough for a person. The room was tidy.

AAnonymous UserExcellent service from the front desk. They were all very smiley, welcoming, and friendly. Bathroom is super clean. I appreciate the amount of coffee, tea, and milk provided even tho it's for a night. Bed is alright, but I smelled sth musty, which cld be the carpet 🤔 Only thing tat will deter me from booking again is the noise from the streets. Not sure why it's still so noisy past midnight.

GGuest UserLocation: Can be tricky to find the first time as you need to turn onto Cyril Street. Look across the road for the white building with red writing. Check-in: easy and fast. The man on reception is friendly and organised, just a lovely receptionist. There is a bond of $200; be organised and you’ll save your time and the receptionist’s time. You can pay the bond in cash. Parking: great, BUT there are some permanents living there and so you might want to park away from them… you will see immediately where you should not park :) clean parking area. Seemed organised. Room: very clean, comfortable. There are no knives, forks or plates, but there is a kettle and a microwave. Teas coffees, etc. six milk pods, so maybe bring milk if you need more. Really make sure that you close the door properly or it will seem shut, but not actually be shut and will open :) Good curtains in the room that block out the light from outside. I noticed a fair amount of security cameras outside on the walkway, which was reassuring. Fantastic showers with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed is firm, but I liked it. Would or wouldn’t stay again? Unfortunately, no, not while they are acting as ‘crisis accommodation’. The staff and room were great, but there are some undesirables living there who kept us awake all night. Not exaggerating when I say, did not sleep AT ALL. We were up and down to check on the car - the permanents were screaming, fighting - some real Jerry Springer stuff. I was upstairs and the people next to me had a dog that barked all night, in addition to the couple screaming at each other :/ Downstairs, fighting, screaming constantly. it sounded like something got broken downstairs. A guy on a motorbike kept coming and going, visiting the permanents downstairs and talking super loudly, then more yelling and fighting after he tore off on his bike. I didn’t feel safe; I expected the car to get damaged. I realise those people’s behaviour is not the motel’s fault, but I was so tired the next day that I got a migraine and yeah, still fending it off now, day after. Not impressed with those feral permanents. It’s a shame because the staff and rooms are great

KKarinaCannot fault the staff however the amenities need overhaul. The rooms TV didn’t work was advised couldn’t be fixed until the following day. Went to use hairdryer to find out no power points on that side of room were working. Again advised cant be fixed straight away. Had to use TV as a mirror for blow drying hair! Then we continued to get calls after 10pm from reception checking if everything was alright despite being told it cannot be fixed. Really disappointing. On a positive to GM and receptionist Cheryl were outstanding in trying to assist and did remove some charges.

TTaralesleyWe had an amazing stay at Quest Flemington Central. Our room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The kitchen was packed with a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all plates, bowls, cups or cutlery we could need. Washer and dryer as well as a balcony, it really was a lovely room, we were very happy! The pool was heated and the roof top view was gorgeous, it was very relaxing and great for a morning or late night dip. Staff were very respectful and accommodating.

MMatthew1029I have no specific request to rooms but I just want an early check-in. I think it was Natalie checking me in and she was super nice. She managed to offer me a room and it was close enough to the lifts! Everything was so good. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. However it’s included so still acceptable, 6/10. Well done to the front desk staffs and housekeeping staff, and whoever cleaned my room, I wanna give credit to them because they even adjust the map on my table to match the direction of the entry door. Location is super duper brilliant. 1-2 mins walk from Southern Cross Station and seconds to Bourke Street tram. I could easily get access to trams and the Skybus! Would definitely recommend to stay!
