I attended a wedding at this beautiful venue, which it had won awards for, and rightly so. The venue is ideal for weddings and conferences with a golf course as well. Close to vineyards and breweries in the area. The Vines, however do not have a vineyard or cellar door but do have a few vines in the garden area where our wedding was. The food on the night was delicious. The selection of wines were well thought out as well. Rooms were large, although outdoor seating isn't private and overlooks each room, tennis courts and even the ceremonial garden. There is a great pool and mini golf to keep the kids entertained. Staff were quite pleasant at the bar and restaurant but exceptional service was displayed on the night. I would seriously recommend a wedding and/or conference here.

Their staff is very nice and friendly. She even suggest me few places to go in Margaret River. The hotel is walking distance to Langley Park and 30-40 min walking to the city centre. However, you need to walk a bit far to the bus stop if you want to hop on free bus. You can store your luggage for free while waiting for check in. There is a few good coffee shop nearby for your morning coffee shot. Overall, the hotel is quite comfortable to stay except for their toilet floor which is quite slippery.

We recently stayed at Novotel Perth Murray Street and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers decently spacious rooms, which were modern, well-designed, and comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and room is clean upon our arrival. However, we did experience one service issue that detracted slightly from the overall experience. The body wash dispenser in our bathroom was empty from day one, and despite its noticeable lack, it was not refilled during our stay. We’re unsure if this was an oversight or a reluctance to restock, but it’s something that could be improved. That said, the hotel’s central location and excellent room comfort make it a great choice for travelers. With a bit more attention to such details, the stay would have been flawless.

The double room was perfect for my parents and myself. Room is spacious, but only missing things are some bathroom amenities (shower caps, toothbrushes etc). Wish they provided the room slippers as well. Otherwise, location is great - just a short walk to Hay Street and Murray Street where all the shopping can be done. There was also a perfect cafe (The Wolf Espresso) just at the corner of the hotel on Hay Street. Also just about to 15-20 mins walk to Perth Station. The rooms are not super sound proof as we can still hear our next door neighbours talking loudly all night. But overall still a great place to stay at.

Exceptional. Staff were as welcoming as you can wish for and the room itself was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again. Hats off to the team, this is what a hotel should feel like. Only feedback I could give is the minibar prices need to be easily accessible. I was more than happy to pay the premium for the mini bar, but without a price list available it’s anyone’s guess. Better to be transparent, as I said, I was willing to pay the premium if I knew what it was! Other than that tiny detail - wonderful.

Near to the main shopping area in Perth city. Easy access to all the brands and plenty of food options. 15 mins walk to the pier and 20 mins to botanical garden. Both worth walking around. Room was not that big but can still accommodate the 4 of us for 1 nite. For longer stay, suggest a bigger room.

Overall good experience with this hotel. However was waken up by the noise at 8am in the morning. As the assigned room is on 8 floor, there are men at work on the roof. This has spoilt the morning.

GGuest UserRecently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed. Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the ******, and walking along the river was quite pleasant. Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day. Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues. Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout. Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these. Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the ****** was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

AAnonymous UserLocation: what's hot- centrally located near the CBD & ”heart of town”. What's not- one of the furthest in terms of walking from Perth station. There are nearer hotels if you are coming from the Perth train station. General facilities: What's hot- contemporary Aussie art works line the walls of this building, inside & out, making it eclectic. What's not- unremarkable really. Standard features. Although reasonably new, if you look closer, much of the linen covered furniture (viz chairs) are stained and grubby close up. Swimming pool is small. Dining area is smallish. Rooms: What's hot- beds & pillows are very comfortable! Probably the best feature of the room. Shower head is a rain shower! Always a mark of a great bathroom. The TV screen is large. They provide an ironing board and an iron, which is nice. There's also a basic Expresso machine, which is appreciated. The room windows are floor to ceiling-great views and light! What's not- no toiletries unless requested (eco drive). No tissue paper unless requested. No room slippers provided. No water- so you either have to boil it in-room, or walk to the 1st floor to get it from the dining room, which sucks. Carpets are designed to hide the grime, but on closer inspection, the stains are there, giving you an icky feel. The wardrobe area is severely limited, so it feels cramped when you have 2 people trying to share the same area. Could be better. There is no dedicated luggage stand, so you'll have to do with laying it on the floor. Pity your back & knees. Service: What's hot- nothing really. All the politeness your expect from any hotel. Nothing remarkable. What's not- housekeeping service is inconsistent & poor. By any standards of a good hotel this is one big area that they need to improve upon. We stayed 7 nights & for the first half of our stay, we had to request for our rooms to be made up and on at least 2 days, there was no housekeeping at all. It almost felt like a third party service had been employed to take care of the rooms which was disconnected from the hotel's standards. An annoyance we could do without & a huge fail in my books. Breakfast: What's hot- sadly, nothing great. It was ok, again, unremarkable in its variety, quality & presentation. What's not: if I had to do it again, I'd find breakfast elsewhere & save the money. Conclusion: it was ok. Nothing to draw me back again unless I had no other choice. The fact that it's an Accor accredited hotel makes it even more disappointing. Between the poor housekeeping & the unremarkable breakfast, it's a pretty average hotel with limited repeatability if you had a choice.

QQxzXoxoRooms were recently renovated and is superrrr clean!! Carpets floorings were vacuumed and I can see no dust. Stayed for three nights. Hope it will stay like this in the future! However toilets need some improvements especially the Shower area. No space to put our toiletries while bathing. The glass panels have spaces inbetween so the water will flow out and will make the floor all wet. Lobby area is cozy. We left our luggages at the counter after checking out since our flight is only later that day. Thanks!

GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

BBrianQuality Inn is located in the CBD and there’s a bus stop just to the left of the entrance. There are several really good Asian restaurants at the rear of the hotel and you’re a 10 minute walk to the popular Hay street. The rooms are spacious and basic but unlike newer boutique hotels, it comes with a mini fridge, a TV, a bathtub, and toiletries. It’s a great deal for both budget and business travelers uninterested in no-frills service. It is, admittedly, an old hotel but the front desk staff are helpful and friendly and the service is more than adequate for unpretentious visitors to Perth.

Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

GGuest UserThe front desk was friendly, interior was looks new, clean and modern-looking. I requested for a quiet room and upon checking in the staff was kind enough to give me some more options, and was eventually given a higher floor room with good views. There was toothbrush available when asked. Bed was very comfy and I really liked the layout of the room with the blinds to the shower and the closet that links the bathroom and the bed. Managed to visit the pool early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised to find the pool water was warm. One little thing though, I found some small insects crawling near the drainage of the shower area in the morning before I was going to check out. It seems like small spiders I'm not sure. But other than that, the whole stay was a really nice one.
